Guy Noir art Children of Bodom Slipknot(allot of there songs but not all)  Slayer(not exactly scremo, but good. more metalhead I guess)  Children of Bodom is Considered Melodic DeathMetal....so technically it's not screamo but I can see how it would be considered so....

If you're interested, I could give you a nice, fat list of screamo bands.
Just to name a few of varying feels:
Circle Takes the Square
Envy
The Blue Letter
The Messenger:Silenced
Funeral Diner
Daitro
Bodyofwasps
Ache:emelie
Lion of the North
These are roots screamo, bands that actually meet the original "definition" or feel for the genre. While many bands listed in this thread so far are good, none of them actually fit into what the genre originally was and are, at best, second generation.

shadowpaintballer has any one heard of broken cyde there pretty good Omfg BrokenCYDE is one of my all time favorite bands. I love it when bands mix a type of music like rap or techno with screamo. It's like... an orgasm on a stick... only not on a stick... lol

AFI sold out when Davey Went straight edge and the band went emo. A fire inside was better as a thrash band.

All that I will say is... That you musical retards need to learn your genres... gonk Hoobastank is pop rock, not screamo, System of a down is hard rock, not screamo, slipknot is mainstream metal, not to mention the fact that they have no talent because they need two drummers and a set of triple kick pedals.
