lotusvoid I havent finished a game yet, but they always start developing a vaccine before I can make it lethal and stuff That doesn't matter, it takes a while for them to finish it and deploy it.

I had a high score on it now its like twenty people called nohiscore4u with a score of 9999999999...

AFter you get as many countries as you can infected you should start building the Drug Resistance, that keeps the hospitals from creating the vaccine faster and after a while they will start shutting down, making it take longer to create a vaccine. I always get the Transmissions first and wait a while to get as many countries infected then get some resistance and finally the symptoms.

I failed my first try, but on another try I got everything except Madagascar.

The War Starter AFter you get as many countries as you can infected you should start building the Drug Resistance, that keeps the hospitals from creating the vaccine faster and after a while they will start shutting down, making it take longer to create a vaccine. I always get the Transmissions first and wait a while to get as many countries infected then get some resistance and finally the symptoms. Building the Drug resistance I do second after buying three quartes of the Transmissions.

I got madagascar but then I missed peru/argentina. scream
And I got it to where there's just a lone ship circling the atlantic. xp

They waited until everyone was infected to shut down public transits. And that's all they did. Genius.
