My favorites are Hey! Baby!, Birdland, and I Can't Turn You Loose.
Though, some other freshmen in the band don't really like Birdland, because at Buchser Middle School they played a different rendition of it for the three years they attended there.. sweatdrop

I played in pep band last week, and I am not even in that band class. I don't know what alot of the songs names, but I know I played On Wisconson.

lufs: The Hey Song, Hey Baby, Eat 'Um Up, Go Big Red, and -most importantly- Noise for prep songs
lufs: The Four Scottish Dances for Martching band (because 1) the music was like awesomness on a stick 2) we played it my fish year, so it's special 3) i had the worlds easiest martching spot -dead center of the show baby, yeah-)

Last year we had to play a couple fight songs for other school's because we went to the girl's state bball tourney, and our team didn't make it...oh well, but anyways. We played Minnesota Rouser, On Wisconsin, Our Director, and coincidentally, our own fight song, Across The Field. (just like USC, we are the trojans!!) We also learned that Montour (a tiny town more in the middle of nowhere than Tama that used to have a high school) has more info on its high school that no longer exists than the high school I go to! And their fight song was to the tune of On Wisconsin, only it was On Montour...weird...

My school must be missing out on some pep band music. cry We don't have a lot but hey it's fun. More of em that I like a lot? Well...did I say The Impression That I Get? or Loveshack?? I asked our BD about playing Taking Care of Business. Hmm...would that be a good idea...but people love us so they must not mind our lack of songs...or something. We have songs that we hardly ever play! I think we need more songs...but that's just me. I can't wait!! I just can't wait to play Centerfold and Hey Baby, and our old marching band music (like Sir Duke and Get Ready!) I'm so stoked for pep band!! I love it!!
