Fin; It's annoying when people get scared off by length. It's not something to be feared. x-X;

Was that one in this guild or the other one, then? I can't quite remember.

More questions for my character creation:

1. Can male vampires even really xxx? (I ask because this may influence how many/what sort of relationships a more 'player' type character might have)

2. Are vampires allowed to reveal their existence to a discreet few like in VtM? (For example, some might have followers who enjoy being fed on and agree to keep the secret in exchange)

3. Do people realize they've been fed on, or does the euphoria usually make them too delirious to realize it? If so, what do they think happened?

I admit, sometimes post length scares me. I feel a sort of responsibility to match the length and caliber of my role-playing partners (or be better in some cases). If someone is extremely eloquent, I can feel intimidated and inadequate and need lots of luffles and encouragement. <3

I find, though, usually less 'literate' (I really hate that term, by the by) players will usually get better with a more experience partner, though! I know Ghale helped me lots after I graduated from AOL chat room RP. >.<

They can (they're still men, and thus probably still interested in certain things...) but nothing would, ah, come of it? o.o;

Yeah, they can. Willing humans can be taken on as servants (not slaves. Ew.) to work around the mansion. They're paid well and given a place to stay (in the mansion, so they won't ever be far) and they usually reside upstairs, as the Vampires stay in the lower levels half of the time. These humans know what their employers are and stay anyway, whether it be because they enjoy being fed on or because they are descendants of family members who have worked for the Vampires for generations.

3. Probably not. They'll probably just think that they had too much to drink and ended up wandering off. It happens enough that no one really thinks much about it. Vampires are careful to choose their victims wisely, and to usually make sure that at least their face will not be remembered when the person wakes up.
If, however, the person is aware of the supernatural, they'll know what happened just because they'll know how to recognise the signs. Normally, the people who know what is happening to them are the servants of the house, whose job it is to keep the Vampires fed and to keep the place clean and in order.


Maybe it's just me, then. Length doesn't really scare me, unless the post is really really short. Then I'm kind of afraid. o.o'
I suppose that's because I usually don't have a difficult time matching my partner's post length.


As far as I know, the thread is still there, and I haven't gotten rid of any characters. So if I start it up again, you could use the same one again. =3

I thought that, too. I had originally been worried that we'd have a shortage of Werewolves. Interesting.

Mmmmkay. I just figured that if my vampire had some relationships I don't know that he'd have anything too long-lasting if the most he did was hold hands for a couple decades...
