Be an example to your men,
in your duty and in private life. Never spare yourself,
and let the troops see that you don't in your endurance
of fatigue and privation.
In a nutshell pretty much.
Always be tactful and well-mannered and teach your
subordinates to do the same. Avoid excessive
sharpness or harshness of voice, which usually
indicates the man who has shortcomings of his own to hide.

PB has never deleted any of mine, which is strange considering the sizable collection of possibly offensive photos in there.

PB deleted one of mine before and it was one with this extremely fat lady in a shower. Although I've had a bunch of nude photos on there for more than a year or at least fairly close to one. But then again they're old black & whites so maybe they think it's art and not smut.
