Tekka was fast, but Akechi had been anticipating her entire move, and he had longer reach. She wouldn't escape unscathed would she?
Bah bah bah, light gash cut in the back of his right thigh. Painful, but wasn't debilitating yet as he now turned around completely on that leg to face Tekka, stepping away with the bat constantly in a rough position between them.
"Nimble", he thought.
He'd have to try and take that away from her.

Tekka was indeed fast and even though Akechi had longer reach it would not be of much help to him with her so close to him. Akechi's swing behind him would put the bat far enough out so that the blades only nicked her right thigh at the end of the arc of the swing but it would not be deep enough to hinder her yet.
Akechi would turn to try and put the bat between himself and the woman but he would not find her there. Tekka had gotten in close quarters behind him and in order to stay there she would do two things: the first of which would be to use her free hand to grab him by the back of his britches and to hug herself close against his body so that there were only a few inches between them, the second of which would be to sidestep directly behind Akechi whenever he attempted to turn around in order to ensure that he was never any closer than chasing her tail.
As she was doing this her knife would still be put to work robbing Akechi of his ability to fight her. With a vicious thrust the woman would drive the stabbing tip of the kuru'to at an angle upwards into Akechi's right side.

"Woman's grabbing at my pants!"
"You want my a** that badly, you can have it!"
He dropped the bat.
And jumped back.
Presumably, really surprising the girl, and landing on her. The kuru'to scraped the inside of his right armpit roughly, drawing blood, having been partially thrown off target by him jumping back.
Being nimble and fast was nice, but Akechi would suddenly take the battle into his realm, raw strength. Pinning her down with his weight, he'd reach back and grasp at her arms/and or wrists to disable her from using them, if they weren't already pinned already.
Lets see how she handles a man on top.

Fierach Lets see how she handles a man on top. Akechi must not have been concerned with preparing for his fights like other fighters might have been or perhaps he would have paid attention to what Tekka had done to Fox in the first round.
" heart Nnn..."
The man on top of her made Tekka moan. His flop backwards had knocked the wind out of her and driven her back into the steel cage floor again just as it had been done in the first round. The backs of her shoulders had already been raw from the grating and now they began to bleed as well through small, lattice-shaped patches of cuts on her back. Him jumping her was not something that she had not expected but his sense of timing had taken her a little by surprise.
"You big man..."
Tekka responded to his forwardness by wrapping her legs around his waist. She would squeeze her thighs around his hips and she would press her hips against his backside and then she would cross her ankles and dig dig them in between Akechi's thighs.
"On top you like to be? Not even knowing in what way that I like?"
Akechi reaching back to grab at her arms would be a rather awkward angle for him to attempt to do this from. It was her left hand that had been grabbing the man by his britches and now that was a useless thing for her to do. She would pull that hand quickly up along her stomach so that Akechi would not be able to reach the wrist or any other part of the arm, but at that point she would pull her hand out again and stick it through under Akechi's left armpit before snaking her hand and wrist up behind the man's head in order to disable his left arm.
His grab at her right arm would be more of a problem for her because the kuru'to had shallowly cut Akechi's armpit at the time that he threw himself upon Tekka. It was because of this that he would quickly be able to grab onto that arm, however he would immediately have to contend with the kuru'to turning completely around with a twist of her wrist and being plunged backwards into Akechi's right shoulder.

[Here we go]
"You look like the type who can appreciate some dominatin" Akechi grunted.
He dropped what he was doing with his left hand in hopes of reaching over to help his right control that annoying blade. The merc had worked fast sliding his hand up her arm once he grabbed it for the wrist, and he was probably quite a bit stronger then the girl, so he would manage to keep the nasty blade from biting into his right shoulder.
Completely anyway.
"Ow." It had sunk in an inch. Why the hell wasn't his left moving? He took a quick glance out of the corner of his eyes.
Oh. Disabled. ******** slut.
"I'm not into bestiality though, so I don't think we'll work out, to tell you the truth" he commented, voice somewhat strained, half to distract himself from what he was about to do, and have to distract her from what he was about to do.
What had to be done. He forcibly manipulated the blade so that it'd dig in at an angle that interfered least with the operation of his shoulder, and suddenly rolled to his right slightly, to pin down as much of the arm from digging the blade in successfully.
Because he'd have let go of the arm, letting it bite into him.
And have reached out for the katana-bat he dropped nearby. Luckily, the metal blades helped keep it from rolling away. Even luckier, the knife didn't cut any important tendons or muscles... yet. It hurt like ********, but as always, determination would carry Akechhi through.
"Let me help you feel good down there though" Akechi laughed as he grabbed onto the bat and swung the end inward toward him using his elbow and wrist. It was a gamble, but Akechi was a risk-taker, and the odds were pretty stacked in his favor. With how tightly his opponent wrapped herself around him, those legs of hers would be ******** beyond belief when the blades stab into her (and subsequently being ripped out) To top it all off, it wasn't an easy thing to see coming, and with such a horrific set of wounds, even if she did beat Akechi, there was no way she'd heal fast enough inbetween matches to stand a good chance of winning the next with most of her mobility gone.

[ I am sorry to hear that the forum ate your post. I hope that typing it again was not too much trouble. After reading your response I am also under the impression that you are swinging the katana bat with your right hand. If I am mistaken I will gladly change this post. ]Fierach [Here we go]
"You look like the type who can appreciate some dominatin" Akechi grunted.
"I'm not into bestiality though, so I don't think we'll work out, to tell you the truth" he commented, voice somewhat strained, half to distract himself from what he was about to do, and have to distract her from what he was about to do. As she wrapped her limbs around Akechi to immobilize him to the best of her ability Tekka was satisfied when she felt the soft resistance from the tip of her blade sinking into the man's shoulder. He had struggled to get his left arm free but she had immobilized it just in time to prevent him from grasping onto her arm with both hands, which was something that would have been very bad for her to have happen. Everything was going well so far and Tekka seemed to be in complete control of the situation at this moment.
"Surprised I am not. It is doubtful that for a night you would survi-"
She was able to see and feel him reaching over his shoulder but she did not know for what. It was only when she felt his arm bend back in that she realized the danger. Her stab into his shoulder had been intended to prevent Akechi from doing something such as this, but she had not expected that he would be able to reach the bat by rolling over like he did. It was the most that she could do to pull her left leg back behind Akechi when he swung to protect it, but because he was lying on her right leg there was nothing that she could do on that side.
"hii-hii-hiiiiive~ Nnn~ heart "
Her breath escaped her when the bat slammed into her leg. Tekka would bite her lower lip in reaction and dig her fingernails into the side of Akechi's neck when her arm tensed from the shock of the sudden pain. The blades on the katana bat would no doubt tear up her right thigh to the point that she looked as if she had been mauled by a bear, but Akechi would likely also have them bite into his left hip as a result of the swing.
The truth be told that had hurt more than anything she could remember from recent years. It was only with the most effort she could muster to retain her concentration that allowed her to move again by dragging the kuru'to tip out of Akechi's shoulder and then plunging it in once again a few inches away from that point. Akechi was laying on her arm and her shoulder was of little help to the motion but with just her forearm there would be enough force to drive the weapon deep into the right side of Akechi's chest.

Something inside Akechi breathed a sigh of relief when the blades of the bat stopped one centimeter away from digging into his own hip and crotch. It was like, "Whew", ya'know? Hard to control the thing at arm's length away.
He pulled his arm back out, the blades on the bat threatening to cut a nice chunk of the girl's leg away from her as they were dragged out, hell, they might've even cut an artery. He rolled even further to his right to prevent the kuru'to from being pulled out properly, pinning down some of her arm with his weight and making it more awkward for her to use the knife. He liked it where it was, no need to be pulled out to be stabbed back in somewhere else.
He leaned back further to squish the girl against the floor as best as he could. He was still bigger then her, as well as likely atleast 50 pounds heavier.
"I could do this all day. You can give up or keep fighting. I daresay I'm not the one who'll die of blood-loss first darling"
He still had his bat, and he still had some ideas. It was up to the girl to decide if she wanted to live or die.

Akechi would need to make a decision between rolling back so that he was on top and rolling forward so that he could pin her arm. He was not in the position to do both at once from where he was.
"Mistaken you are."
He had decided that he would rather concentrate his effort onto laying on her arm holding the kuru'to so that she wouldn't be able to stab him through the chest with it and put a quick end to the fight. This was acceptable to her because she knew by now that there was more than one way to skin a cat.
Instead of trying to manipulate the knife in her hand she would now instead just pull. Her hand behind Akechi's neck and her good leg would be enough leverage to allow Tekka to jerk the arm holding the weapon out from under Akechi and his armpit grip. Because Akechi had decided he liked the tip of the weapon where it was in his shoulder it would still be there when it twisted around and tore through the flesh on its way out the other side. The edge would slash fiercely through Akechi's underarm as Tekka pulled it out, which would give his profunda brachii artery a rather nasty case of unnecessary surgery.
As icing on the cake her grip on the kuru'to would reverse as soon as it was free and the vicious woman would plunge it downwards into the man's back in precisely the same place it would have been had she succeeded in stabbing him from the front.

Except that, if anything, Akechi was a bear. Bears weren't skinned easily, especially not by cat-girls.
"Still struggling... amateur"" He kicked (or rather, just slapped really hard) the woman's leg with his own free one, taking away that primary source of leverage. He then bent it in, wedging his knee outward against her leg, and his foot in the gaping wound left by the earlier bat incident on her leg. Denied balance, and with a rather, irritable foreign substance pressing haphazardly against her open wound (so it wasn't helping stem the blood-flow, but aggravated it and opened the injury further).
A low grunt came from Akechi as she attempted to pull the knife out, to no avail. He checked his right arm. Still couldn't bend in. But... it COULD bend out. Not very much, but just enough. He rotated the shoulder somewhat and used that chance to reach behind him and poke out an eye, or atleast grab a fistful of her hair and pull, using her voice as a locating reference of course.

The amateur was Akechi in this situation and the advantage belonged to Tekka. If he were to lay on his back to try and crush her she would have the freedom to stab him in the chest with her kuru'to. If he instead were to roll onto his stomach to prevent her from using the knife in that way she would simply be able to rip her entire arm and the knife from under his body and cut him up fiercely in the process.
Kicking at her leg would do nothing in such a situation because she was roughly straddling his waist from the back. If he were on his stomach her knee would be beside his hip and he would not be able to kick at the leg. If he were on his back then she would not need to use the leg at all. Akechi getting his foot into her wound would also be a feat as for him to be able to raise his leg far enough to put his foot above his own waistline the bear would be more flexible than the cat-girl. If he were on his stomach it would be even harder for him to do this.
Tekka's leg had been hurt seriously by the bat slamming into it and Akechi's struggling was not helping to make it any better. Already it would be bleeding profusely and she would no doubt be unable to stand on it again until she was away from this bunker. However it was nothing more than a flesh wound and even though it bled and burned the pain would be meaningless if this man's life was not draining through the metal grating when she crawled victoriously up those stairs.
To Akechi's hand reaching behind him she would simply bite it.

Except Akechi could just roll his shoulders back, and that was an advantage of being bigger, He could cover more area.
Well, back to basics anyway. He couldn't aggravate her wound well enough with his free leg, so instead, he went for the kill.
She bit down on his hand. Good. He bore the pain and dug the three fingers that managed to get in her mouth into her jaw and pulled with all of his might, giving her the impression that he may even pull her jaw off.
And hopefully shutting her up, whille distracting her from what would happen next.
That was, Akechi suddenly rolling to his left, dragging and lifting the bat with him as he rolled his right shoulder all the way into the air. If she wanted to tear out her knife, that was fine, because it'd take more time for her to gut him through all the muscle and bone then it would for Akechi to smash her with his bat.
By dropping it from overhead behind him ontop of her head and shoulders. Time for some back-scratchin'. And since he'd be pulling on her jaw (and consquently, her head) in the opposite direction, she wouldn't be able to see it coming, barring peripheral vision, but it could be mistaken for anything.

Tekka would not be bothered by Akechi trying to wrestle down her tongue. She had bitten down on his hand and if he tried to dig his fingers into her mouth then she would simply bite down harder. Blood would be drawn and if she managed to get his fingers into a bad position even worse would come from it.
When he rolled to the left her arm would be completely unfettered and Tekka would make her slash against the underside of Akechi's arm as she had intended and pull her arm back.Kraun Five SensesWell, these are sort of important. And sometimes, they get taken to a retarded degree. Touch - this one is easily usable. A human may be sight oriented, but the sense of touch cannot be disregarded at all. Everything a person does uses this sense, and not only that, but the sense of touch falls directly in line with a person's sense of position. Ask someone to close their eyes and touch their nose. No problem. Without sight, in close quarters, a person can still fight by feel and judgement based on the body's position. Akechi's bat would come down on the side of Tekka's kuru'to before it managed to scratch his back. Tekka may not have been able to see the swing clearly but she had been able to feel him swing his arm and for certain she remembered that he was holding that weapon in his hand. With his shoulder torn up Akechi should have been barely able to put any more force into the swing than dropping it from that height alone would have.
It was unfortunate that she could not trade sharp remarks with him any longer because of his hand, but luckily she was still able to deliver a biting retort to the man by shoving the bat away sharply and then slashing the kuru'to across the meaty part of Akechi's forearm. It was unlikely that he would be able to keep his grip on the weapon with a wound in that place and once it was gone she would finally be free to give the bear a new hole to breathe through.

So his fingers felt like they were being bitten off (which wasn't really that far from the truth, cause you know, biting down on it).
Akechi dropped his bat as the arm got slashed. He curled the arm back in so it'd have a shot at protecting his vitals.
Perfect.
"RAWGH"
Since he was somewhat on his side, he dug both feet into the grating, jutted and arched his back up as much as possible, and pushed.
And thereby, also pushing her, and rolling her onto the bat he just dropped. The grating cut into his feet, drawing blood, but Akechi's strength was made evident.

[ I am sorry Fierach but I cannot picture how this is being done. If you would please explain it I will add to my post to reflect that. ]
It was here that things were confused. Akechi had dropped the katana bat somewhere and it made the most sense that it was somewhere behind him. He pushed with his feet to move himself and Tekka but it was confusing where he intended to go. Pushing normally would slide him toward the direction that his head was in but the katana bat would not be in that direction, while pushing in any other direction was confusing. Tekka had intended by shoving the bat away to throw it further than the short distance that it apparently had been. It should not have been close enough for him to simply roll onto it. If Akechi was pushing the both of them along the ground with his legs it was likely that the injuries Tekka would suffer would be lacerations on the skin from the metal grating and the katana bat as she was pushed into it.
Tekka could see by now that Akechi had no intention of losing to his own injuries. It was an admirable trait and she was deeply respectful of his will to keep fighting even though that it meant he likely wouldn't survive. At this point she stopped fighting to wound him and simply slammed the tip of the kuru'to downwards into the top of his right shoulder at an angle towards the center of his chest. With his shoulder so wounded he should have not been able to raise his arm high enough to try and protect himself.

[Picture laying on the ground on your side next to a wall. I'm pushing at a diagonal into the gratin', since, dropping my bat during the back-scratchin' maneuver would leave it it somewhere above and behind me, and then mentally judging the rest of the distance would lead to rolling your head/neck onto it. If it doesn't reach/work, it doesn't reach/work]
Well Akechi suffered a few scrapes from pushing himself against the grating too, but that was nothing compared to the renewed pain as the strange knife suddenly lodged itself in his forearm as it sought out his shoulder.
Always the damn right side. Just in the recent two months, he's had the forearm sliced off by heat, shoulder rammed straight through (twice now), slashed at, and ******** were trying to cripple him permanantly, sosrly.
Might as well cut his losses, the girl wouldn't be winning the fight, not after the wounds she've sustained at his hands.
Hell, neither would he.
"I surrender" he barely grunted out, after strenously clenching his teeth through the pain. Blood loss was getting to him.
