The wind was picking up a little... it didn't seem enough to make him this cold though.... "Hmm? Oh, I suppose I'm getting a bit of a sunburn as well. We're both awfully pale you know." She smiled, as though this was an inside joke
Changing the subject seemed a good thing to her as well now. "You know, you're right about finding a place to cool off. It'll keep both of us from getting sunburned. My vase is pretty close by. It's in this pretty glade, with a HUGGGE rock in the middle. We could sit under that." It was true, that seemed as good a place as any. Plus, Krisha might pop up there soon. Her vase was beside Kiras, and though their vases had been made the same way, at the same time, making them twins in a way, Krisha had come out and grown much quicker than Kira had. In fact, she was already an adult by now.
"After that we can come back here and look around. Is that alright with you?"

Sylas smiled and thought of it as the same. His first inside joke with his first very real friend. He giggled a bit and said, "Of course we are haha. Both, very pale." and then she changed the subject, which was good for Sylas, because he needed to get his mind off of his previous setback.
He nodded, that place was as good as any. But as she said, her sister might be back soon. He nodded again when the question arose. "Of course that's alright. Cooling off is just what we both need." he said. Even though they were both probably more cold than hot due to the breeze. He smiled as they walked. He was happy he found a friend.
Sylas was actually rather excited to go meet the rest of the family. "Do you have a mother or father? My dad works a lot on things, so I'm alone quite often. But that's okay though because, well, I get more time to myself, which I like a lot." he decided to ask.
((Thank you for the gift! <3333 Sylas will treasure it! =]]]]))

"No, I'm afraid I don't. At least, I don't think I do. I know there's a lady who supplies stuff for my sister and me. That might be where she is. We ask for stuff... and she just kinda knows where to find it. I've never really seen here. I don't think Kris has either." It was very likely that was where the seemingly older woman had gone It would be interesting to see what she brought back. Kira was slightly embarrassed now that she had gotten so paranoid earlier.
"What does your dad do? I mean, what kind of things does he work on?" She asked, curious to know a bit more about him. The clearing wasn't that far off. In fact, they would take less than five minutes to get there. Truthfully, she was looking forward to showing him her home
{{No problem ^___^ It looked like he needed a box to put his stuff in, and the orb seemed like something he would like. Krisha will show up with the box in it, which the mysterious benefactor will have provided, along with some other stuff}}

Sylas was just happy to know that someone was there to take care of her and her sister. Even if they hadn't ever really met. He just nodded the whole way through, taking in everything.
"My dad? Well, truthfully, I don't really know what he does. He says he's pretty young for his race still, and he seems to be quite rebellious at times. He also said he was a bit too young to have kids, but he still loves me anyways, even if he has a hard time taking care of me. He somehow bought me this staff, and I also have a journal that he bought for me. I was very happy." he said. He didn't ever really know what his father was up to all those times he went out. But he knew that he wouldn't want to get in his fathers way. If something bad was going to happen to him, Sylas vowed to himself that he'd take his fathers side no matter what and would protect him like he did Sylas. So they had that bond there. "Even though he's my dad. I think of him more as an older brother. He isn't old, so I mean, I guess technically that makes it alright, right?" he asked.

"Of course it's alright. Older brothers are good. I think I have some, some where. Krisha told me we have a big family, even though we're the only ones here so far." It was good he had someone to take care of him, he hadn't mentioned any siblings. She had Selene, Zephyr, Jin, and Amos besides Krisha. She knew them, only because Krisha had talked to her while she was in her vase about them.
"Do you have any brothers or sisters?" She asked, pulling back some of the foliage. They were there, at the glade. It wasn't much, but the large rock in the center was hollow, giving them a 'house'. The inside was maze like, leading to different rooms that would give everyone their separate space once they all got here, with room to spare.
"What do you think?"

Sylas nodded as to say 'ok, that's good.' He went on for a bit, in silence. Then she decided to ask him that question. He thought for a moment, gave a look of almost confusion. "Well, I don't think so. My house in my fathers land actually has more rooms. But there all locked up and I can't get inside. I have my own room, with a key and I get to decorate it however I want to. Dad didn't tell me about any others, but I'm guessing he's begging to like having children around. It gives him something to live for. Or so he says. But as of right now, no others besides me." he said finally.
Then as she pulled away the foliage. He gazed at the beauty. It was beautiful in his sight. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. It was a very pretty sight. He didn't know what to say. Finally, he blurted out, "It's beautiful...amazing. I can feel the peace and tranquility here. It's very nice. Did your...caretaker give you this place to stay? The one you mentioned that takes care of you and your sister?"

"Yes, she did, but I don't really know what she intends us to do with all the above ground space. It's not as if we have a large assortment of things to put everywhere. We haven't really gotten into decorating that much as of late. still waiting for other people." Kira continued to walk towards the cliff face that would provide shade. Like it or not, she was starting to actually get sunburned.
"If you get lonely, being all by yourself, your welcome to stay with us sometimes. We don't really see that many people here, so any company is welcome." It was meant in the most innocent sense. They had a good bit of extra rooms. Why not put them to use? He could set up a small getaway here, and maybe even help her with her studies.

Sylas nodded in agreement. He wouldn't know what to do with so much space either. After all, it was a pretty big piece of land that the rock took up. Who knew what all they could put there. Sylas followed her to the cliff, it was still pretty breezy, but the sun was shining down pretty heavily on the two very pale-skinned kids.
"That would be amazing! I would love to stay here just so that I can be with the beauty of this world. My fathers world, it's nice, but still rather, more high tech. To be completely honest, I love the outdoors and the beauty that comes from it. The world my father's from, his is just to city-like for my tastes." he said. He honestly would love to stay with her sometimes, just to see the moon. But he also wanted to get to know her more as well. Not anything intimate, but just so they could become better friends and become closer to each other. After all, they were still very young for Seconds.

"I've never been to the city, so I don't really know what it's like. Maybe when we're bigger, you can show me? I'm pretty sure if I went by myself I'd get lost." She said, with a chuckle. It was true, without the tell tale markers in the forest, she'd get lost fairly quickly. She did want to see it though. Krisha had noted while she was still hiding in her vase that their 'older' sister Selene had been remade. She had lost her wings, and needed to be reborn. Their...benefactor still had her. Supposedly, she'd need a bit of a mechanic for her new wings. If she could go to the city one day, maybe she could learn enough to be a halfway decent one.
"You'll be welcome here. Theirs enough for everyone in the family to bring a guest to stay permanently." On a side note, Kira looked over at the other pale boy. The air around here was picking up again. Krisha must be on her way back. The wind never stopped around her. Her hair fluffed in the air, giving her a curiosly innocent expression. "Be careful down there though. It's as easy to get lost down there as it would be for me in the city. I think they called it a Labyrinth, without the Minotaur."

Shah muttered something under his breath. Sometimes he hated his womanizing nature, despite how shocking that may sound. He had approached her for small talk and some afternoon delight but instead he was carrying her bags. There weren't many, three but, DAMN! Shah didn't know what she was carrying but it felt a lot like bricks. He didn't show how the weight bothered him though, aside from his muttering of course. He walked tall, one bag in his right hand and two in his left. His left hand bent over his shoulders so the bags were up against his back as he walked.
He couldn't have refused to take the bags. He was new in these parts and needed a place to stay, plus this little lady was a looker. He wouldn't pass up the opportunity, not now, not with her. She was one of those cautious girls, the type that always had her guard up and knew what was going to happen hours before it did. She played hard to get but that was okay. Shah liked a challenge.
They were walking over a glade, Shah wasn't the biggest fan for nature. He wasn't exactly a city dweller but he did prefer it. He didn't like natures bug, most were evil blood suckers. Or so, those were the ones that came after him. A nasty bugger hovered around Shah's face before he blew it away hard with a sharp exhale. Nope, this man wasn't a fan of nature.
"So, mind giving me a name?" Shah asked the pretty lass who was giving him shelter and a goal. He smiled at her, he'd done this a million times before. He wondered how long this little lady would hold up her panties. The further they walked the closer they came to two tiny figures. Shah could easily empathize the word tiny because these two were TINY. Shah wondered if these two were related to the girl besides him. Shah wasn't a fan of children either.

Sylas smiled. A labyrinth? Sounds exquisite. He wondered how lost he would be. He had heard about labyrinths before in his lifetime. He heard that they were really large, maze-like places where it was easy to get lost if you didn't know your way around in it. He hoped that he wouldn't leave Kira's side for long, so that he wouldn't ever have to worry about becoming lost.
"Oh of course, it sounds fun. You're right though. I don't know my way down there, so I'd probably get lost fairly easily. Hmmm...It seems rather large." he said smiling. Then he noticed something. Something was different.
He turned around and realized there were two figures walking towards the two children. "Who are they? Is that your sister? And whose the man with her? Are those like, bags or something?" all the questions just flowed right out. He was just interested, and became a bit intimidated by seeing the much larger people walking towards them. He hoped Kira was right when she said that he'd get along and be welcomed.

"My name, is Krisha." She didn't offer anymore, nor any less. She had offered the man shelter simply because it went against her better nature to leave him to the life of a hobo. Plus, he was slightly stronger than she was, and by playing the weaker sex card, he had gladly carried her bags.
Sky had sent a lot this time, right down to their bedding material. A note had also been with them, stating that the next packages would come with the other three members of their family. Jin and Serre were like her, and had grown extremely quickly. Zephyr was still in his base, dependent on Jin. Serre was more of a guard dog than anything. She wasn't related to the two sets of twins, but she might as well be.
She almost started to state that the bugs would be gone once they got to the middle, but stopped, staring ahead. "Kira! Lovey, your out!" The girl sprinted forward surprisingly quick, taking into account the boots she was wearing, and scooped up both of the small children.
"You weren't supposed to be out yet love, not till tonight. Who's your friend? You went wandering while I was gone, didn't you." She let out an outright laugh at that. Of course she had, who wouldn't. "Never you mind that though. I've brought back the bundles and a new house mate." Speaking of which, she turned to the man. "My sister." The look in her eyes dared him to say anything about it.
________________________________________________________
"You're here! You're here!" She said, grabbing onto the straps on her sisters shirt. She didn't care bout the bundles that much, infact only mild curiosity came up about them.
"This is Sylas! Sylas, this is my sister, krisha. I don't know the man. The bags are for decorating!" She answered all his questions after they were swept up, glad that she had atleast on member of her family back.
"Who is the man? Why's he staying with us?" She was surprisingly blunt. He had a tail, like their brothers were supposed to. Was he family too?

The way Krisha answered put a amused smile on his face. It was obvious that she knew what he wanted and Shah couldn't help but wonder if men before him had tried. Either that or she had been raised to believe that all men were animals or at least had sex in mind before anything else. That, of course, wasn't true for all beings of the opposite gender but for this particular man it was. He was silent after that, watching Krisha sprint forth quickly and grab the two children into a hug. Shah was surprised by how fast she moved considering her boots but he didn't dwell on it too long.
He didn't pay much attention to what she said to the young girl, he assumed they were related and was only proven right when Krisha told him so. That daring look in her eyes made Shah force back a smirk. Shah was going to have fun with this girl, he liked her threats. He hadn't had a challenge in a long time.
Shah's eyes wondered to the small boy, he didn't look anything like the two girls aside from the fact that the two little ones were the same height. Shah caught the boys name as the young girl spoke, the one named Kira. Sylas, most likely just a friend. Shah wasn't too amused with the younger children but he gave them the honor of being noticed. Besides, they were asking questions about him anyway. Shah's tail flicked behind him as he put the bags down on the floor. From the way Krisha had spoken to him, Shah assumed she wouldn't want him talking to either of the kids. Dubbing him as a bad influence maybe? He smiled at that.

Sylas nodded, taking in everything a little at a time. He still didn't know the man's name, but he knew that he must be a friend of some kind if they were letting him stay with them in their labyrinth. He just smiled, waiting for something to come up.
Then he noticed something. He sniffed the air. The man...was he? He then leaned over and realized, the man had a tail. Sylas opened his mouth a bit and poked his vampire tooth with his tongue. He knew that in the past, sometimes, vampires and werewolves wouldn't get along. He wondered what the two didn't have in common. He then leaned back over and asked very quietly in Kira's ear. "Is your sister's friend a werewolf? He looks like it because he has a tail. I don't know. I do know though, that my kind and his don't get along to well if he is a werewolf." he couldn't remember if he had told Kira of his vampirism.
All he did the entire time was watch this man. He had his staff still, making him feel a bit more secure. Hopefully this man would keep his distance if he was what Sylas believed him to be. Of course, this man was also a lot bigger than he, so he would most likely win if any fight broke out. Hopefully the two could just be mutual with each other.

"I..don't know. I've never met him before." Kira said with a slight shrug. "If you guys different types don't get along, maybe the two of you as individuals can." She nodded at this, seeming a bit older than she was. If anything, they should introduce themselves.
After they unpacked. The blue haired girl jumped out of her sisters arms and ran over to the man. "Can I see those? We need to unpack. Do you have your stuff to unpack to? What's your name?" She knew krisha wouldn't want them to talk to him, but the man had a tail like her brothers. How bad could he be?
"Sylas, do you want to help me unpack to?" She called over to the boy who was still with her sister. __________________________________________________
Krisha would have laughed, had it not been that specific person. "Yes, little boy, he is a were wolf. It was against my better judgment that I invited him. I can't take it back now." Perhaps this little boy could help her watch over Kira. He seemed somewhat fond of her. Perhaps as they grew older....
It seemed a bit much to hope that she'd already found someone. "Why don't go make sure the big bad wolf doesn't blow her over, neh?" She said, putting him down. Krisha sauntered over as well, grabbing a bag from him. It was going to be a long, long day.
