Mew Mew Kenshin but to clear things up, Dev is higher on the food chain than me..... he's been here longer Yea, that gives me seniority and therefore it also gives me safety.

Ok to clear this up seniority ladder:
Me(duh I created it run is and pour far to much of my life into it)
Halo Dev and Dai (the only people who can speak for me in my place because they have been here since it opened and they know me well enough to know how i think)
Chain and Anti Sada(top trusted crew they get in on things on uppers and vcs know before it becomes general crew knowledge)
Rest of crew ( they know things before members do and are trusted and respect enough to be asked to help)
Everybody else ( rest of members)
Basic run down I will listen to every one and any one who is a member however the higher you are on the ranking list the more likely im going to implement said idea. For example if randommember01 pops up and says we need a birthday list I would consider it and do some research however if Dev popped up and said wed need one Id be more inclined to say sure lets do it because Dev knows me and the guild better than most people and would have already done the research necessary.
