Tenzil Kem Is there a Bailiff here who can swear the witness in? I mean, if he's not sworn in, he could just go ahead and say that evil unicorns are after him. I mean, he WOULDN'T say that, but I'd like my witness's statement to have some credibility... domokun

It is Father Blood Drench Robo Crush's sworn duty to act as the bailiff in this matter! Not only because I am a machine ready and willing to use excessive force, but because Father Blood Drench Robo Cursh was the only being with a Gideon's Bible in the vicinity!

Well...the first time I noticed anything was after that incident with Querl Dox in March. Lex Luthor had always whacked me in the head and I would give it back to him as much as he dished out....but soon other people started acting out against me. Johnny Storm ruined a date I had with Caitlin Fairchild andf Hellboy just started harassing me in general sort of way. Then one day he walked in the Bistro with a funny looking card that said APC.

Is it not true that Hellboy harrasses ANYBODY in a general sort of way?
Is it also not true that Johnny Storm will ruin any date involving a gril he was attracted to but someone else got there first?
And you admit that this the exchange with Luthor had been a long-standing exchange of give and take.
I'm failing to see evidence of a conspiracy here.

Your honor, since the Defense refuses to withdraw their statements, I motion that the trial be adjourned for the day. Mister Powell can continue his testimony tomorrow. Perhaps the Defense will be a little more willing to follow Earthlican protocol.
Though, I still think we should have done this the Bismollian way and had our opening statements in the kickboxing arena.
