Stormwind breathed a sigh of relief. Then that explained why most dragons didn't have many, if any, blood relatives living, not why she couldn't find her old friends. { You learn something new every day, don't you? } She laughed a bit, then shook her head. { I really need to catch up on my history. On a different not, you said you and some other dragons were finding eggs? If you have to find them and raise them yourself, is it safe to say that something is still getting the adults? Or are they just neglecting their young? }

{That you do,} Khala agreed. {Almost all of the eggs should have hatched during the Plague. The oldest dragon with us says the Plague's over, and anyone still alive can't catch it.}
((OoC: Kit and I have been meaning to to put up a post or something about what's happened in the tenebrous metaplot of the shop, but we still haven't gotten around to it.))

Stormwind nodded assuringly. She started to leisurely walk away from Khala to go find something else to look at, then remembered that the dragon wasn't a tree or something else she could pass up. Flicking her mane out of her eyes, she looked over her shoulde, { Would you like to come? I'm going to go poke around the area, see what kind of food I can find. I don't know about you but I'm starving. } She was so hungry that she probably could have eaten a whole dragon herself, that is, if she were a cannibal.
