Kawaii_Senpai Okay, I started working out too. Its more then a trend yay!!! But here is another question... Dove came out with that skin tightening shower gell and lotion. I would be really upset to spend all that money on them and then they don't work. Anyone got any experience with them? Skins getting a bit too lose for my liking... Wait...i thought your skin only got loose like that if you lose weight too quickly? Skin is naturally elastic, and my understanding was that it worked both ways, if you dont lose weight too fast.

I could be wrong though... It's not that loose but I don't want it to get any looser...

I have tryed to take diet pills with a decent diet. It was to dangerous for me. I have to lose weight though. I have ankle and knee problems from gaining so much weight. As well as spraining my ankles so many times.. from the wieght. If i do not lose weight I will probably have hip surgy in my late 30's from the weight.

Well, I think this would be the time and place to mention it. *ahem* Starting this week, I, by my own choice, have desided to change my eating habits by going on a high-protein, high fiber diet. Combining this with my 5 day a week work-out plan, I intend to look like this by next years PortconMaine 2006. (and yes, I WILL be in that costume.) Don't worry. My father (who has much expereance in bodybuilding) will not let me over do it, nor do I intend to push myself to the extrame. Say, can you call it a diet if it's designed to put on weight? confused P.S. I can't spell for crap... sweatdrop

Technically a diet is any particular way of eating. It's just that these days most specialized diets are designed to help people lose weight.

I'm 16 years old and it is depressing that I have done everything out there. I am ok with my weight, sometimes. My Mom is like a hitler when it comes to being fit and thin. She controls what I eat and she even got me a trainer. I'm sick of it. I get soo depressed, I end up eating what I lost anyway. It's bad now, for school started and I am buying junk food after school, because when I'm stressed I eat.
So, basically I did everything. I did that stupid Weight Watchers thing and had to sit through the class alone with middle age people who would clap and cheer during those dumb "You can do it." class things. I guess that worked the best for me, for it's points and I'm a control freak like that..So the point thing worked. Though then it got a bit pricey and my Mom took me out of it and she told me the point thing wasn't working, when I thought it was for I was actually losing weight, but she made me try something else. So right now, I have no control.

I did weight watchers too many yeas ago. It worked then too for me. It's just cheaper to buy flax seed oil sweatdrop then go through all that again. I lost all my point system stuff. I'd say do what works for you! 3nodding Your the one who has to live with yourself. Even though you are 16 do you think your mom will listen of you tell her that thats what you want to do?
I'm actually getting ready to go work out today. But I had a question... when you are all achy and stuff dosent that mean there is a lack of oxygen and I should be drinking more water? I think drinking any water would be better then what I am doing though... blaugh (I'm bad) I was wondering if anyone knew about the water, sore mustle, oxygen thing.
Next week Ima buy that Dove stuff too. It's 5 bucks eek compared to my 1.90 Suave shower gell, lol.

You shouldn't hurt too much after a workout, or you can risk damaging your tissues.

I have a desk in my math class that does that to my stomach. Also, the room is very weird and shakes easily when people walk. Though when I left to go to the bathroom and was about to come in they were talking abut me about how I shake the floor so much. So sometimes I am happy with my weight and sometimes I am not..
