im a lesbian but i call us being *on the good side of the rainbow* its long but funny
or living in the pool where only the ladies frolick, or u can quote my dad on this because i do at family reunions, *the only one of my kids that is going to give meand our rabbi a heart attack *

If people ask, I usually tell the truth. Unless they are homophobic, in which case they ask "Are you a lesbian?" and I say "No" (I'm bi, a kinsey 2.5 about). One time that didn't work. He asked, I said no, then he asked if I was bi... I just about died, he really wasn't someone I was the most comfortable telling, but I don't lie when asked directly. I lived.

Uther_Litebring demonic faery when people ask me what my sexual preference is, i just answer "not what you would think" (a lot of people think that i'm straight when in fact i'm pansexual) Ah what does that mean? pan means like all or something but what does that actually mean? more or less, yes. it means that i could go for anything (straight, bi, gay, androgynous, etc.) but i've never gone for lesbians or bisexual girls. so far, i've gone for straight guys, gay guys, and an androgynous girl (i love her but she doesn't know).

I stick with the general terms (Bi, Bisexual, etc.) but in most situations I'm "Different" (What else can I say? neutral )

I use the term Gay...although I've been known to use Queer, Family, Fairy, Friend of Dorothy, and Fruit.
My sister loves to call me Skittle. Taste the rainbow anybody?

I usually just say that I'm a lesbian, although there are times that I'll call myself a Rainbow. Or, when people ask and I don't care for their tone I just say 'I can't even think straight, much less be it'. I like Rainbow most though, not sure why

Goodwitchofthesoutheast wordman when people try to talk to me about it, (unless they know I'm bi) I usually try to avoid talking about my sexuality or say something like " if I was gay, why would I have a gf?" yeah... I'm not as brave as some of you... You're right, 'cause once I'm living on my own, I plan to get a plane blue t-s**t and some red sequins and write "Bisexual" accross the chest. My best frieNd's (she's bi)sister was going to make her a shirt that had BISEXUAL on the front with AND LOVIN' IT! on the back!!!
