I can fight back in the cruelest way
Frost shrugged, "No matter how I try everything comes out in ice..." He shook his head and placed the figurine all by itself on a shelf he had not filled yet above his desk. He sighed and loked about the room and before Cassius could even comment about the knitted stuffed animals he replied, "Their stress relief...." he muttered. He stood and listened to Cassius and picked throught the knitted animals. He pulled down a stuffed fox and offered it to the man. "A trade...for your gift." he said seriously. The fox was snow white and had two blue buttons for eyes and a big tail. It was one of the first animals he had managed to knit correctly. All his animals were rejects before it. Frost wasn't good at small talk, he spent most his time alone or with Isabelle.
Say it again if you want to depress me ;

 Cassius gave a small gasp as he took the white fox, a smile spreading on his face.
"I meant the figurine as a gift, nothing needed in return...," he said softly before holding the knitted creature to his chest and swallowing hard, "I think this is the first thing I've ever been given that didn't come with a condition....," he added, though he wasn't certain why...
He was silent for a long moment, then he took in a deep breath looked up at Frost, "Why?" he asked, shifting the fox in his arms to indicate what he was asking about.

Frost shrugged, "you are the first person who has been up here except for my childhood friend...I think you deserve it after all the trouble you went through to see me. You gave me something important to you, I thought I would gomething that was important to me. That' the first animal I managed to do by myself..." He sighed and leaned back on the window sill. "I'm not really good at conversation though...if that's what you came for then you out of luck. But I would like to know why you don't like Sebastet? Did she wrong you in some way?" he was curious as to the reason.

Cassius shrugged one shoulder and looked away from the display that was Frost. Too tempting by half to look at!
"She's an arrogant wench that thinks too much of her skills. She knows something about everyone of the council members... Apparently likes to keep her fingers in too many pies... I prefer to go with one pie at a time....," he said softly, glancing up at Frost through his lashes....
Mmmm, yes.... That would be a pie to dip into....
He shook his head at himself, so not happening.... As if a man like that would look twice at him unless he never left him alone....

Frost blinked, surprised about what he said about Sebastet. And he had thought she was a good two shoes. He leaned against a wall, "And you?" he asked carefully. "What is it that Sebastet's sticky fingers have on you?" he asked curiously. After all if Sebastet knew it wouldn't hurt for Cassius to tell him as well. He rubbed his eyes, hhe had been up for days, he also really needed a bath. Unlike everything else he liked hs baths hot. very very hot. He went up to a hot spring for his baths more often than not. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, he would go when Cassius left.

Cassius shrugged again, "I managed to get something out of a man once... Unfortunately had to kill him afterwards when he tried to make something else public about me... It would have ruined my standing with the mages....," he said simply.
Then he found his eyes drawn to Frosts chest when the man ran his hand through his hair, and his breath catching a bit at the sight...
He had to get out of here before he made an a** out of himself....
"Well, you seem tired... I should go and leave you to your rest... I have to take care of some paperwork and then take a shower....," he gave a wince, somehow making the look into a beautiful sight to see, "I hate being dirty...," he added, though he wasn't certain why...
He stood and took a step towards the door, "I'm usually at the Mages guild... Just ask the bartender where Cassius is. She'll know.... If you want to see me again, that is....," he said simply, fully intending to leave before he embarrassed himself by making a pass at the man.....

Frost bit his lip, "If your looking for a good bath...I know of a hotspring close by. I was actually surprised to find something like that so close to the city..." he said thoughtfully. It's just north of here. If you keep walking there is no way you'll miss it. Err it's kind f a secret so don't go telling anyone but...ah whatever." he felt so weird being nice to someone he barely knew. "You just welcome okay?" And without waiting for an answer he jumped out the window, not even grabbing his bath stuff. He had some there and he really didn't want to act like a fool but he did want Cassiusto know he wanted to see him again.

Cassius was flattered at the invitation and gave a sweeping bow to Frost, "Thank you for the invitation. I'll certainly take you up on it...," he said softly.
Only to look up to see that Frost had fled the scene...
He couldn't tell if the man liked him, or if he was just annoyed. If he liked him, then he was playing hard to get, if he was annoyed..... Then this was simply confusing....
But he'd play along anyway.....

She returned his smile and flipped her hair. Drumming her fingers on her legs, Isa hummed softly and waited for Frost to get to why he had signaled her.
"Ehhhh!!??? You want me to seduce Liette? I - I guess if you think that's what I should do...." She pouted softly and rolled her eyes.
What a bore...she sighed and waved at Frost, knowing that she was free to go.
Laving his house, she walked quickly back through the street, wandering aimlessly - trying to come up with a plan.
How she'd be soothe, how she'd be saved if he could see
She needs to beheld, in his arms to be free
But everything happens for reasons that she will never understand
