I nodded. "The beach sounds nice. Everyone seems to like it in the summer." I thought of how they say Santa went to the beach in the summer on his days off. Though, I never believed that. He liked the cold like me.
"Okay, I'll put out the fire." I got up and nuzzled Tzofiya's face before heading over to the lake for some water. I used a pan I found there and filled it with water. I then put out the fire with it. "Handy pan."

I smiled, glad that he was okay with my idea.
"Yes, I hope it will be as nice as everyone says." I was a bit unsure as to whether or not Rudolph wold like it. He liked the cold, and the snow specifically. But I hoped for the best. Perhaps there would be a nice cool sea breeze.
I nuzzled him back and then watched as he put out the fire. It was nice how he could find handy things lying around.
"Yes, perhaps you should hold onto it for future usefulness."

I chuckled. "Yeah, it is nice." I put it on my back and then looked for the way. "I hope it's not too crowed. Nicer to be alone with you then with a bunch of strangers." I winked. I then looked again for the way. I had never been there, so I really wasn't sure which way. Was there a river the flowed into it?

I smiled at him with as much flirtation as I could muster as he mentioned being alone, versus being with strangers. I was never very good at flirting, but I didn't have to try to hard around Rudolph, he loved me no matter what.
My smile tugged at the corners of my mouth and I let out a bit of light laughter. "I'm sure we can find a part of the beach with no one on it." I then looked at the water in the lake, knowing that the river feeding into it from the south must lead back to the ocean.
"Well, shall we head this way, along the river?"

My nose began to glow as I could tell she was flirting with me. That was my was of showing it back. I didn't alway control it but I could if I tried hard enough.
"That's a wonderful idea, love." I smiled and began to walk to the river.

"I love your nose," I reminded him. He already knew that I liked, I had told him the first day that I met him, but I still loved it now, even after all the time we had been together.
I began to follow him along the river, watching the ripples on the water glisten as we walked by.
"It's a nice day today...besides the heat." I smiled at him.

My nose glowed at Tzo's compliment. I was happy she did like it. After all the others hated it. I am so happy I was able to met her and that she loves me for me. I think I lucked out.
"Yeah, it is. I'm sure the beach will be nice." I told her as I too looked to the river. It was flowing along nicely. I knew we were going the right way and would be there soon.

I smiled, enjoying the walk and the scenery. The grass was soft under my paws, and that felt nice too. The breeze caused the trees to sway lightly.
Soon we were nearing the beach, and I could see the water sparkling in the distance.
"Look," I said. "There it is!"

I could see it just as Tzofiya did. It looked beautiful. For sunny water that is. I did like frozen lakes, but this was nice too. "Well, it looks pretty." I said
"Race you there?" I said with a wink. I did like to run. Something I was built to do. Always wishing I really could fly.

I smirked at him, ready to accept his challenge...even though, I knew he would win. I never was good at running. But it was fun to try...every once in awhile.
"You're on." I said, and then took off running. I tried to do my best, but it wasn't long before I had to slow my pace. I sighed, walking was so much easier.
"I'll meet you by the water," I told him. I didn't want him to have to stop running because of me.

I was running until I saw Tzofiya slow and then began to walk. I turned around and went to her. "How about we just walk together?" I knew she wanted me to run, but I would rather be by her side then run.
As we walked I could see the beach wasn't too crowed. Really I didn't see anyone at all. Maybe we found our own secret beach? That sounded romantic. This caused my nose to glow.

I sighed and then smiled at him. He was so selfless. I couldn't argue with him, I did want him to walk with me, even though I loved to watch him run.
I saw his nose glow bright when we reached the beach and found that it was private. I could guess the reason behind his glowing nose. It was indeed romantic. I nuzzled his cheek. "I guess we found our own private spot after all. And that was easy," I chuckled.

I smiled. "I guess that really was wasn't it?" I chuckled. Maybe they just knew we were coming? That was okay with me. I liked it better just with Tzofiya or with our family. I then walked over to the water. "So, how cold is it?"

I stepped lightly over to the water and waded in a little ways. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't warm either. "It's not bad..." I told him. I then glanced at him and asked him, "So, what do you want to do, now that we're here?"

I smiled as I too walked in. 'Yeah, it is nice. It feels good on my hot fur." Which was very true. It was hot almost too hot for me. The snow and cold was so much better.
"I don't know..." He chuckled as I swam over to Tzofiya.
