Cynder scowled at him but due to her pregnancy being long past she was a bit more tolerable. The moving baskets had soon caught her attention and finally two female foals thrashed their way out of those confinements. She grinned with her teeth sharp as daggers peeking from her top lip.
"Well they are born so there's no reason you shouldn't see them. They are yours as well if you want to deny it. Pity they look more purple then black but they have eyes and gaze of future dragons. They'll do nicely." Stretching her wings she yawned with a puff of smoke, "I'm going hunting so i expect you to watch over the girls till I get back. I haven't had a chance to hunt since you put me in that position." Flicking her tail with swing of her broad backside she began her decent out to find something other then rabbit. A soquili may of been nice for fodder but most likely she'd bring a deer back for the family, perhaps even Spyro. Pausing she growled, "Don't do anything stupid till I return purple pest otherwise you'll get none of the kill."
Satisfied she made her point the dragoness headed out to fill her appetite and stretch her wings. She could taste freedom once again and it was delicious.

just great he now had to deal with these two brats while Cynder left. like hell if he knew what the hell to do while she was away? he was no damn female and felt he shouldnt have to be the one watching the brats. " fine..." sneering, he flicked his tail in annoyance, as he now eyed his two daughters. now how exsactly was he to watch these two?
sulfur tilted er head as she watched her parents bicker and argue. when her mother left she now wondered why she had. wrinkling her nose, she decided she wanted to get to her feet and while trying to do so she realized it was no easy task for her at the moment.

Unlike its sibling, the black-blue purple basket merely wiggled slightly, before the top was knocked off and gave way to another filly, who slithered, nearly snake-like, out of her basket with a graceful ease only a child of two pure-bred dragons could do. A soft hiss escaped her as she opened her dark, coal eyes, seeing first a large female whom she assumed automatically as her mother, and then she sensed her sibling. She did not sense her father, who was being cautious around the small family.

Sulfur eyed her sibling with a glare and suddenly snapped are her in her visicousness but dear daddy spyro was quick to block the way between them with his tail with a growl. baring fangs, sulfur already was taking after Cynder in personality.
Sypr made she to break the two up before ether one hurt one another. if one of them got hurt he would be to blame and would have the b***h on wheels coing after him. giving a low growl in warning for them to behave, he moved his tail away and watched them carefuly, wondering when cydner would be back so the pests could be named.

She stalked out on her own thankful her motherhood duties could be sated with the dumbass male to take over. She was starving as her eyes lied upon a deep not too far off. Curving her maw into a vicious smile she crept in like the predator she was. Eyes flickering she noticed the two fawns by the mother's side.
"Excellent," she mused with a vigorous appetite. Those would be plentiful for her family.
Curving her head she sneered before sneaking in closer, pausing as the frightened beasts threw their heads up in fear and alarm. Too late though as the dragoness flamed them all with one spray of death. She chose the fawns for herself throwing them up gleefully as they landed in her maw in a deafening crunch. Chewing and swallowing she noted the mother deer struggling half charred to get away.
"Ah ah... your life shall feed my family pitiful beast. Be thankful you are that much of a blessing to me." Reaching downward her maw dived in tearing the tendons of the throat easily as its blood drained and was swallowed instantly by the thirsting dirt. Smirking she waited for the creature to heave its last breath before she grabbed the deer by the shoulder.
"Farewell." Now it was time to head back. Heaven knows what that pest was doing with her hatchlings. If he upset them she'd deal with that b*****d herself.
Nearing back to her family she tossed the carcass half torn to the others in waiting as she licked her lips, "Dine well darlings. Dinner is plentiful tonight."

It was with a start when her sister nearly attacked her, only to be stopped by the large appendage that was her father's tail. Snarling softly, she stood strong on her new mobile legs, flicking her own tail back and forth in a sort of sibling challenge, but knew it wouldn't happen. The only thing, for the moment, was that her stomach was growling... she was hungry. She, also, had no name, not that she cared... smoke was slowly coming out of her nostrils as she became more irritable with how hungry she was getting. She wanted food... now.

Sulfur was in much the same mind set as her sister at the moment and the minute her mother spoke of food she was scrambling to her feet. food was the only thing on her mind now and didnt care she had no name sake to speak of.
Spyro rolled his eyes and gave a low growl at Cynder. " took you long enough and i beleive naming the pests is in order unless you would like to just name them number one and two." tail lashing about, he kept an eye on cynder as well as the little brats his sired.

Oh the nerve of that selfish b*****d dragon... How dare he look at her as if... No she wouldn't curse aloud in front of her sweet innocent hatchlings that were fighting due to hunger.
"Just eat your fill..." she hissed, "after they have theirs. You so much as get near that meat before they are content I will personally rip your throat out. Don't take me lightly Spyro." Her eyes flickered a warning to the male, a breath of flame waiting for him to so much go past her threat. She would love nothing more then to show her dominance but first her children were first and foremost.
"Names.. are you incapable of having a brain Pest? Hmm fine I shall work with some meanings.." she began pacing as those glinting emeralds of her oversaw her children's tempers and color. Furrowing her brow she hissed out a name, "Iolanthe for the blue and purple. Come to me dear and show me your approval before you fest. As for you Pest you can name the other and make use of your tongue for better reasons than insulting me." She sneered at him looking at the other daughter already deeming a name if he could not. If he was as moronic as she saw him perhaps her second name would be of use afterall.

"Iolanthe for the blue and purple. Come to me, my dear, and show me your approval before you feast." The filly glanced up as she walked slowly towards her mother, letting the name ring throughout her mind as she showed a fangy smile of approval before darting with speed only a child of a dragon could have towards the food her mother had brought.
Delight filled her eyes as she knew her stomach would finally be satisfied, tasting the fresh kill with complete satisfaction. She would learn, soon, how to make kills like this one to care for herself, but for now, if her mother provided, she would not exclude this offer. Iolanthe soon found herself submerged in the meat, the blood soothing her thirst as the muscle vanquished her hunger.

"like i had plans to eat any of the kill you brought." narrowing his eyes in a glare at Cynder, he growled. " you always have a plan for everything and i highly doubted i needed to name ether." sneering, his blood was boiling with anger as it seemed a contsant battle with Cynder. staring at his other daughter, he snorted. " Sulfur is what she will be named." glaring at Cynder again he dared her to make insult to the name he choosed.
the filly's ears perked as her father named her sulfur. oh she liked that named and would definatly live up to it. after the moment of distration, she then hissed and snarled at her sister who was digging into the food now. tail lashing she as fast as possible went over to get her share.

She listened to the purple male and nodded in appreciation, a gesture Cynder generally refrained from practicing around males that weren't worthy of her opinion. Still it was satisfactory in its sound as it rasped off the tongue in a pleasant hiss.
"It will do nicely... Hmm never thought your mind could fathom something so intimate and precious as a namesake. Maybe I have underestimated you purple one." she smirked in a deceiving gaze as her head snapped back to watch her daughters. "Soon very soon they will grow and become of use in my plotting striking fear into my enemies as they wallow in their own crimson life. But for now let them feed and grow strong as they should be. Later we will scour the skies and cause chaos.."
She walked over to the kill ripping a nice haunch of leg off before she tossed to to the male. "I suppose you're worthy enough..." standing back she continued to watch the hatchlings letting her mind wander rising and falling with so many things.
