The heretic is always better dead... Joey saw Cage coming towards him, and immediately leapt into a stance, ready for a fight. In his refusal to back down, he took several punches to the jaw, but remained standing. He went for a few punches of his own, to try and weaken Christian. ... And mortal eyes cannot distinguish the saint from the heretic.

*Mavlik almost froze when Scott realized who he was, but had no time to stay frozen as he was caught up in the lock up. Trying to bring Scott away from the ropes a bit, Mavlik would try and weaken Scott up by sending a knee towards Scott's midsection, and if it hit Mavlik would try and pick Scott up for a Scoop Slam.*

. . The Instant Classic . . Cage managed to score a few shots in on Joey, but Joey was fighting back and Christian stumbled back about half a step .. before trying to cut off Joey's momentum with an attempted kick to the midsection! If successful, he'd try to lead Joey to a corner by grabbing onto the back of his head, looking to slam him facefirst onto the top of it. . . Christian Cage . .

The heretic is always better dead... Joey was kicked in the gut, And thrown violently into the turnbuckle, his forehead colliding with the top pad. He quickly turned, resting his back against the corner, so he could cover up more easily from any follow-up shots that would come his way. ... And mortal eyes cannot distinguish the saint from the heretic.

*Mavlik backed away a bit, slightly off balance after the Scoop Slam. Smiling to himself, he'd back up to the nearest ropes, and on a slow rebound go for an Elbow Drop aimed at Scott.*

*Mavlik grinned wide, his eyes shining behind his glasses. Now sure that he could possibly rid himself of an obstacle to becoming GzW Champion, Mavlik would try and bring Scott to his feet and then try and chunk Scott over the ropes with as much strength as Mavlik could muster!*

Cardok gets the pin.
1...2...3!
Freddie was eliminated! Now, the numbers game would come into play. It could be a 3 vs. 2 match now.
Cardok knew him and Joey did not seems to be on good turns, but Christian was the current champion, and to Cardok a complete powercase! Cardok sees him go for the irish whip and decides to rush up to him and try to hit him with and elbow in the back!

The heretic is always better dead... Joey looked at Cardok, who had just helped him. He turned and looked him in the eyes for a second. He knew what they needed to do. For just that one brief moment, the spirit of The Renegades spread throughout the arena. Joey motioned with his leg, telling Cardok to catapult Christian Cage while he was down. Renegade fans may remember this move as The Rebellion.

Cardok stares at him as well. He smirks as he knows what Joey just signaled. Cardok would attempt to catapult Christian towards Joey, so that he may kick him and get The Rebellion.
