And besides, i made it in just fine (all southern not all state...) with just 2 months practicing! AND I HAD TO LEARN 5 PIECES!!!!! It was hard sad lesse... Snare: Etude+ sightreading Timpani: Etude+ tuning (MAYBE sightreading... i didn't have to last time, but Ray said usually they do) Basic Mallets: Hungarian folk song+sightreading (OMFG PHANTOM!!! It was the sixteenth note part Rebecca ended up playing) Mallet Specialist: THE SONG OF DEATH!!!!!!11111111!!!! (=<[]|X <- a skull and crossbones BE LUCKY YOU DONT HAVE TO DO WHAT I DO!!! ... You'll do fine Claire-Anet!

That reminds me about when you guys were recording after school ages ago... Evan said that you had this reaaaally long piece and they were all waiting for it to end but then you messed up and had to start all over again and evan got all sad. xd I bet that was funny.

i gave in.
she still has it hostage, but i'm still practicing on another flute. wink

To tell you the truth, i really didn't want to try out either, but in the end she forced me for all southern so i tried out for all state just for fun... Now i know how fun it is biggrin
