If he is being a pain about it, I'd say no to letting him. Obviously, he is trying multiple people, hoping one will let him back in if the others don't.

He hasn't messaged me, probably since he probably knows I remember him from BSS before he changed his username... If he had that kind of gall, I'd just put him on my "Ignore" list. I'm still sticking to a "no," but keep in mind that my vote is heavily biased.
