Still frazzled by the move he received, Archangel wasn't too aware of much until his focus came back in a sharp and painful hold that Ryuu perfectly kept Angel locked and stuck in!

:: Archangel was momentarily subdued with that arm wringer .. and it was held outward so that he could focus and pick a target. Holding the arm wringer in tact with one hand, the nearer arm would raise up, attempting to drive the point of the elbow down against the strained shoulder joint, continuing to hold that arm wringer in tight! ::

Archangel felt he was stuck and could only shout out in pain! He tried reaching out to the ropes, but was too far from grabbing hold of it. After sitting there for what seemed to be a minute, Angel blindly began to swing his free arm in whatever direction that he could at Ryuu, in hopes to get out of the hold.

:: Archangel got to the ropes, and that means Sakamoto would be forced off the hold. Before releasing, however, that wild swing would catch Sakamoto in the side of the face, wincing as he stepped back .. spitting off to the side. With a brief shake of the head, Ryuu moved to the center of the ring, away from the opponent, just waiting to lock up with the opponent once more. ::

:: Since Archangel wasn't going to step forward, Ryuu was gonna have to step in and take control. Moving back in at Archangel, Sakamoto reared his right arm back, looking to unleash a hard knife-edged chop across the man's chest! ::

The hard knife-edged chop burned across his chest and instead of stepping back, Archangel charged forward with an attempt to give Ryuu a swinging neckbreaker!

:: That was not quite the response that Ryuu had expected, and that sudden neckbreaker would bring Ryuu down onto the canvas with a blink. He clutched at the back of his head and neck with a grimace, turning over slowly .. ::

Slow getting back to his feet, Angel still was able to get to his feet first and without much thought process behind this, he attempted to pull off a clumsy pedigree!

:: With most of his wits still about him, Angel attempted to pull Ryuu in for that double underhook facebuster it seems .. and in turn, Sakamoto would fight his arms free and just shove Angel back into a corner! From here, he was so eager to follow up on that, he ran in at the man in the corner .. almost with no plan of attack in mind. It was probably going to end up being a running clothesline in the corner. ::

Shoved into a corner, Archangel shook his head once and just reacted with out much thought as he caught just a glimpse of a charge Ryuu. Angel flipped back over the top buckle and his feet landed on the outside apron, where he attempted to grab the head of Ryuu to jump off the ring apron and have Ryuu's head brought down for the neck to be brought down on the tope rope!

:: Ryuu should've thought ahead on that one as he ran into nothing in the corner! Grimacing, he stumbled back half a step in a daze .. allowing Angel to hotshot Ryuu's neck over the top rope! Bouncing off backward to the center of the ring, Sakamoto just grabbed onto his neck, coughing as he remained on the canvas for just a bit. ::

Not giving himself any time for a breather, Archangel climbed up the turnbuckle pole and dove off it for a Fall From Heaven (Swanton Bomb)!

:: Sakamoto laid there in the center of the ring, thinking he was safe for now, but that Fall From Heaven descended onto him, and Ryuu's eyes went wide as it connected! Curling inward, Ryuu just groaned and gasped for air as he rolled off to the side for now! Up to this point the match had been all Ryuu .. but this may have been the momentum shift that Archangel needed! ::

Archangel took this time to catch his breath, but not give his body any time to rest, as he slowly picked himself up and staggered to the ropes, searching his mind of what he could or can do to keep Ryuu down.
