"ah! now wasn't that refreshing, fernesce?"
squirrel chatters, elf laughs, then stops abrupty as she notices a house up in a willow tree
"that reminds me of our house, doesn't it? i wonder who lives there... should we go take a look?"
*fernesce chatters and scampers up a tree
* elf frowns, thinking
"you're right, if we are going to go barging into someone's house, we should bring a gift."

"Ho Els-" she moves to embrace Elspeth but stops halfway and holds out her hand instead "Miss Telrunya! I didn't know this was your house. It's nice to see you again, and fernesce thinks so too. but, if you are having guests, i will be on my way, i don't want to intrude...."

*ignores the hand and embraces minastauriel "it's Els and come on in the more the merrier." *smiles and offers her a seat and some tea and cakes. brings out a plate of nuts for the squirrel. heart

*drops formalities and sits down, sips tea gratefully. Squirrel munches nuts, then goes off to explore
"Thank you!" *nibbles cake* "Mmmm! you're a great cook, you know that? ...It's a beautiful place you have here. So how have you been?"
*starts as if forgotten something and reaches into pack, draws out a bolt of fine, shimmering green elven cloth and a flask of sweet honey
"here, these are for you"

I have been here not long as I moved here recently it looked like a nice tree to place a house in" *keeps smiling and fingering the cloth smile

*hands the squirrel some strawberries. "those are scully's stockings we went wading in the stream the other day and she left them down there so they got all muddy.

"Hmmm? Oh yeah, I'll go with you guys. I need to pick up some berries anyways for some of my potions and elixirs. I've been running low lately and I have got this feeling that I'm on the brink on figuring out how to make an elixir for enhanced invisibility!"
*She smiles with excitement as she stands up and then places the cup she had in the sink carefully*
