The only book I ever read that I really got into was "Aztec" by Gary Paulson(sp?)

Had everythin a good book needs: Sex, Drugs, Action, Violence, Gore, War, A great ******** storyline, good ending, Aztecs.. smile

I don't think that book was missing anything...
Its really long though. Over 1000 pages.
Mess with the best....

I read the book of La verdadera conquista de la nueva españa which was the diary of a spanish soldier who came with cortez, and he describes tenochtitlan and all the beauty in the streets, as well as the skull wall and everything in a really detailed way

also, la vision de los vencidos, which is the conquer, but from the aztek point of view, it's really kewl, they explain why they thought spanish ppl were gods etc.
...Die like the rest.

who was cortez again??

and how do those kind of books interest yall....

cortez was the leader of the conquerors who came to ******** tenochtitlan, this culture was really rich, but spanish ppl just stole their gold, imposed their own culture and killed em cuz they didn't agree with the prehispanic beliefs

I am interested, and I think I can speak for mr puppet when I say that this is part of who we are, Mexico is one of the richest cultures, we were a culture which their bussines was war, and all this rich culture got ******** up in exchange for nothing
