Here are a couple good links to use for Vana'diel world maps. Obviously, there are some details that need changing in accordance with Lykus' ideas, but it's a good template to start with, they're good for different reasons, but in general, you can ignore the standards for each individual nation that are visible on the maps, on the first they are far too large, and on the second, they are not at all indicative of the territories each nation controls.
