Jenette clenched her teeth. This was a bad idea to pit her Vulpix against a Cubone... she should have known better then to face a type of pokemon hers was weak against. "The only way this is going to work is if you can Confuse her Venna!" Jenette shouted, gripping the railing so hard that her knuckles had turned white.

Venna wobbled around uncontrollably as the earthquake hit her and split the ground beside her. Good thing that crack wasn't under her, that would be bad. It didn't seem like the attack had hit head on though for she regained her foot quickly after it had been unleashed.

Concentrating now, Venna watched her opponent as a black beam shot towards the Cubone. She hoped that this time the confusion would hold.
