"N-no reason" Hymn lied smiling at Cada's touch. His skin was a bit warmer due to the water's temperature. Letting his hands loosen he felt safe about letting his hands rest where they were, and he returned them around the other's waist. Ticking the other dust a little he smiled trying to raise his mood a touch so he could make Cada happy again.
As he tickled Cada though he touch advantage of the weightless property in the water and turned him around, so Cada was facing Hymn in his lap. Keeping up the attack he ducked his head under water reaching his hands around to return to the tickle war.

Cada quickly let out a peel of laughter at being tickled. Taking in short breaths he wiggled and squirmed laughing with glee and frustration at his friend's antics. He tried prying himself free but was too weak with the effort it took to breath from laughing that he missed his opportunity. He then was suddenly turned toward Hymn, hazel eyes filled with tears of mirth as he placed a hand to the older dust's chest. "Please.." he squealed trying to catch his breath. "Please no more..." again he squealed leaning against the other with a hitch in his throat as he leaned up quickly to distract Hymn with a breathless kiss.

Hymn felt the lips push against his own for just a second and smiled as Cada was the one who did it this time. Letting his arms just float to the bottom of the little area they were in he looked at Cada letting him regain his breath before he pressed for another kiss. This time trying to do just a bit more during the kiss than just sit there. Turning his head slightly to the right he opened his mouth licking his lips slightly before returning.

When the tickling stopped Cada quickly pulled away but was met with Hymn's kiss at this time. He was breathless no less but possibly from being so bold as to kiss the other dust. With a start he felt Hymn's tongue on his lips causing him to gasp in a breath. His own lips parting in surprise... what was that? What was he supposed to do? Clinging to Hymn out of habit he looked up in surprise searching the other dust's eyes for any answers. "Hymn... I..." His words died in his mouth unable to word them correctly so he went silent instead resting his head against Hymn's chest.

"Oh, okay.." Hymn said his thoughts causing him to say those out loud before he touched his chin on top of Cada's head. He was so gentle and kind, and pretty. Moving his arms up he wrapped them around the other dust before simply relaxing, wondering what the little mystery would do next.

"I'm hungry." Cada finally confessed his little stomach grumbling in response to his words. "Do you have food?" he questioned with a pout looking up to his friend with big round eyes. "Oooh.. I like ice cream and cake. Can we have some ice cream and cake, Hymn!"

"Alright, be right back," he said sliding out from the other and out of the water. As the wind hit him he shivered but soon returned with that which Cada asked for. There was a small bakery in town, and being a fast runner it didn't take long to return. Breaking back out into the open he smiled to Cada before feeling a punch in the side of his face, knocking him out up against a tree. The bullies had found them.

Cada blinked as Hymn left him his eyes going wide. He hated to be alone but knew the other would be back soon. Sitting on a lonely rock he watched the wind blow against the canopy of trees. Birds fluttering about as they played with each other. Cada shivered at being wet and the wind being rather chilly but otherwise it was a warm enough day. The sun just didn't get into the forest quite so well. The sound of rustling brought Cada's attention to the returning form of Hymn. He smiled gleefully rushing over only to stop short when Hymn was thrown off his feet. Looking in surprise the bullies had found them after all this time.
Cada quickly rushed toward Hymn glaring at the boys but was snatched up before he could reach them. "Lets give that guy a taste of his own medicine. Then we'll deal with the little runt here." Again the lead was back on the prowl holding a frustrated Cada while the remaining group of three began wailing punches and kicks on the fallen Dust.

Sojo grimaced at the kicks and punches from the others. Saving his breath those he managed to stand up as the kicks stopped and punches were thrown at him, his body leaning up against a tree. The boys start in surprised as his eyes locked on theirs. The leader almost instantly began screaming as the illusion formed in his head first the other boy's minds following. They didn't move.
Hymn desperate to get them away sucked in some air and began to sing..
"Dance upon the golden waters
And sprint upon the barren seas
Come to me, Come to me
Fly across the starlight sky
And be lit by the moon's shining eye
Listen, Listen, do what I say..
CONTROL"
The last line sent them all frozen solid as a high pitch squeal filled the air for only a moment. Clasping Cada's ears tight before the sound he felt relieved as he had not frozen too, but still moved bewildered. The boys continued to struggle and Hymn looked at them, and they returned his gaze on fear.
"Go, go, leave us alone!"
He sang, his voice tighter this time...they obeyed

Cada had been struggling against the leader that the first initial attack had missed him. Crumpling to the ground, he looked up at the horrid faces of the bullies as they were locked on Hymn. He turned just as he heard the voice his eyes going wide only briefly before he was snatched up and his ears covered. Looking around Cada didn't understand what was going on or why Hymn held his hands over his ears but he didn't struggle watching as the boys began to wander off a blank expression on their faces.
He could barely hear the faint song so it's effects working little for the young dust as he tried prying himself free. He didn't know why Hymn was singing but he always liked to listen. When the boys were finally gone and the song died out only then he was released looking up to Hymn. "You stopped singing? Why didn't you let me listen?" He pouted nuzzling his cheek against Hymn's chest. "I like to listening to you sing."

Hymn looked down at the little one smiling. "Siren Rhapsody, you don't want to hear that one love, it makes you do what I say. I don't want to control you.." Hymn hugged the other and kissed him on the cheek this time. He didn't want to lose him..

Peering up at the older dust, Cada wondered. "So the other songs are okay then?" He smiled hugging Hymn as he nuzzled into his chest. "As long as I can listen to the other songs it will be okay?" His voice was filled with relief as he continued nuzzling the older dust. With the bullies no longer in sight his spirits were lifted, glad that they were not around to hurt him. It was then he noticed the ice cream and cakes that Hymn had gotten were splattered on the ground. "Aww.. they ruined the treats. Ohh... we can make some. I have ice cream at home and daddy lets me keep cake mix and stuff at home for when we cook. Do you want to come? He won't mind..." Cada beamed tugging on Hymn's sleeve.

Hymn looked around at the messed he had made frowning slightly. "That would probably be better..." Grabbing the others hand he felt the warmth and smiled as he began to walk stopping after a few steps. "Where do you live?"

Cada looked up as Hymn stopped smiling brightly. "The Red Light district. Daddy says he's going to have to move cause its no place for a kid. I don't get but I like all the pretty lights at night." He beamed. For obvious reasons, the lights shining into his room were a bonus to his fear of darkness. He tugged on Hymn's hand to get him to move again but quickly jumped with a start. "Oh no!" He looked up then back to the brook rushing over to retrieve the lounging Mr. Happy, poking at a sleeping Femka. "We're leaving you two... come on." He informed snuggling his plush while Femka yawned and fluttered to perch lazily on Cada's head. Reaching to take Hymn's hand again he tugged him along with a bright smile. "I like all kinds of cake, chocolate is the best and strawberry ice cream is my favorite. We should make some chocolate cake to go with my ice cream. Daddy won't be home for a while but if we cook him something sweet he won't be grumpy from all the patients he had to see today."

Hymn looked down to the other smiling as he found his friends wandering about. Chasing him, and being pulled along at the same time he giggled as they arrived in front of a house and Hymn was pulled inside. The house wasn't to big, none on the main strip red-light were. Looking curiously around he found himself pulled more into the kitchen where he let go catching his breath. "You..run a lot..."
