~*Tagg Nobunaga, I can not help with the Wind element but many others are. Although I am the only person to use the Arcane Element, it's a family line trait. So it is in you. Arcane is the only know element that is heat and cold as well as electricity proof.
It also has amazing maneuverability. I can teach you some of the specialty's of the Arcane mass.

Hayashi took in a deep breathe regaining his breathe, "I will have to leave for a bit. Something's happening with Feiy and Rhia and I must help" Hayashi said still panting. ~*Tagg Nobunaga, Tagg sat at her desk and smiled with her small indigo colored box of fried rice, straight from her restaurant. She took out a pair of black chopsticks from the drawer. She began to eat the rice, whilst she ate it she looked over the "Sereti Weekly" looking for any interesting subjects or events. The rice tasted funny to her but she ignored it for now seeing as though her eyes had stumbled upon an interesting subject. She read it aloud,
"Mysterious figure seem around squad 3 resturant."
Her tail flicked back and forth while reading theses words.
"Hm, must not be important, or else there woud have been more on the subject."
She got up from her desk and without a seconds noticed she fell from the side of the desk unable to keep her balance, she had doubled over in pain. Soon after she had fallen her eyes grew black, she laid uncouncious. Captain of Squad 3*~

Bullene shunpos into Tagg's office. He had wanted to talk to her for some reason, but he couldn't remember why after seeing her on the ground by her desk. "Tagg? Tagg!" Bullene shunpos over to her and looks into her eyes. They were completely dilated and Tagg was showing no signs of movement. "Hold on, Tagg!" Picking her up, he shunpos to Squad 4. Squad 7

Roze walks almost nervous like to his new Squad Captains office. As he stepped in front of the door he wiped off any dust that could be on himself. He knocks on the door to see if he could go inside, but the door opened as he knocked. " Um, Captain Tagg, I'm---" Roze peeked inside the door and saw that no-one was inside. " What is this...? She, isn't here?" Roze around suspiciously as if he knew something was wrong. " Captain..."
