Dear Anya, I'm never sure how to begin these wonderful letters, nor how to not repeat what others say. I'd like to say first that what ever everyone else wrote is absolutly true. You're a trully wonderful person and it is an honor to be apart of such a family you've created with the Fa'e thread. Where else could you blow off homework and procrastinate on things while talking to so many awesome people about the most oddball topics? Sure, there are a few threads, but I nothing like the Fa'e HQ. You managed to get together so many different people and hold them together with such a wonderful concept and look how long it has lasted and how big it has grown. We love you for this Anya, and appreciate it in the deepest sense. And now personal stuff. Thank you for allowing me to be apart of this... from allowing me -and not hurting me- to draw all the powerpuffed versions of your art that I have done thus far, and will continue to do. For giving a loser-ly lurker like myself a place to really find comfort in and joy within Gaia and more recently, for allowing me to have the privilage of being a quasi-guardian and help with Taima. So, yes .. I luff you man ;o;! heart

Dear Anya,
You are perhaps the most kind-hearted person on Gaia. You have given us so much, asking little to nothing in return. Way back at Arakel's auction, almost a year now, you let me win when I thought there was nothing more I could do. Although every single word that I said was true, I felt like I had jibbed you somehow. And some times, I still do. I still feel rather guilty about that, but I know it'll be alright. I honestly can't think you enough.
Truthfully, I haven't agreed with all of your decisions. In fact, some of them have made me rather mad. But in the end, they all turned out okay. You know best, Anya. I guess I'm just an opinionated fourteen-year-old girl.
Honestly, there have been times when I have felt like leaving. When I just got fed up with the chaos that is the Fa'e HQ. I really hate that place some times. Pisses me off. It's changed so much over this past year, that it is hard not to get agitated once in a while. Especially when you remember...
But I didn't leave. Because you have created a whole community that is unlike any other in the Breedables forum. A community that, no matter what, you just can't leave. Everybody plays their part in this community. From you, to MOD SOSI, to all of the lurkers, to me. I have no idea what I am. The town idiot. The thing is, it wouldn't be a community without you.
I know I may be the youngest Guardian, but if you ever need me, I'm here. All of us are. And I doubt any of us are leaving for a long time. We love you, no matter how much we b***h, rant, and fight.
Okay, I'll shut up now. I'm really bad at writing these things.

Dear Anya,
Firstly, I would like to say thank you for creating a place where people are welcomed to RP, or just chit chat freely. There are not to many places like the Fa'e HQ. Even when I didn't have any other shops to hang around, because they always went on hiatus or died out, I knew that the Fa'e HQ would be around for me to pop in. It's really hard to believe that I've been hanging around the Fa'e thread since the first writing contest. Though, over time, I've grown out of the "lurking in hopes of being a guardian" thing. It's just as fun being around the thread to hang out.
I've always wished that other shops which I liked, could be like the Fa'e HQ. It's always so active in there. The guardians are committed to their Fa'es, which is what I love the most. The majority of them don't become bored, and move on to the next charcter as some people do. Instead they actually, work on maturing them... through interesting/funny RP's. Also, the bond that I've witnessed the guardians to have with one another is rare. Although sometimes, yea there are arguments, but hey, behind every pixe avy is a real person. wink
And so bottom line is that you should feel extremly darn proud to have created such of a wonderful community XD. Thank you for giving me a place on Gaia where I can feel comfortable.

Thank you so much for creating the fa'e - which for over a year now continues to be the most sought-after, magnificantly RP'd, popular, and best-drawn pets in the entire breedables forum.
Thank you even more for giving Purrpurr to me as a Christmas present over a year ago! She ranks up there with one of the best presents I've ever gotten!
And I'm not just talking abuot Gaia presents, either!
*hugs* Keep up the good work, and I'm still here to offer any assistance you may ever need.
You created a phenomenon here, Anya! Thank you for changing the way we view Breedables!

Thank you firstly for creating the Fa'e, letting me have Sati for the shockingly low price of 20k ( hey back then i thought that was loads though ><), for being the artist you are and for never blowing your stack when we are being pains in the a** (heck I would =)
The Fa'e community is one of the places that raises Gaia in my eyes from being a place you click into everyone once in a while, to a place I visit - every day. Every new stage of Sati's (and indeed all the Fa'e) have been a joy to see - I love seeing a new Fa'e or a new stage!
We all luff ya!

Anya,
'Grats on your first year anniversary for your thread and for the Fa'e. The entire experiance of being around them is wonderful and its so much fun waiting to see what comes next and who is going to look like what when they grow. So much emotion is in each of them that they seem so real.
Im glad to have found the thread and to have met all of the nice people that you have gathered together under one amazing concept.
Heres to the times passed and the times yet to come!

Dear Anya,
Man, I'm not really sure what to say, exactly, instead of thank you. Thank you for all you have done for us Guardians and Lurkers and for putting up so much. Especially me. I'm not as old or as wise as many of the people here, but you have given me a place on Gaia that I could settle in and enjoy everything.
Rei has been wonderful to take care of--not to play, but to take care of--and being part of the few that can become a guardian is quite a priveldge. I remember when I saw the first auction, and then the fa'e thread. I was so thrilled to spend 10k for my dear Rei--it was a bargain. She is priceless to me, and if I had all the gold in Gaia, it still wouldn't be enough to pay you for what you have given me. I wish there was more that I can do for you, for all you have done for me and everyone else. I feel that I haven't done as much as I used to as sheriff, so if there's anything at all that I can do, I'll be willing to do it when I can. You've made my experience on Gaia a wonderful one. Not only that, but you've tolerated me for quite a while. Thanks for that, because I know I can be talkative and bossy and cranky and hyper and... er, yeah. I'll stop now.

I know I have been a great pain in the a** the past months xd And I know others have too, and I am truly amazed at how much you've done for all us guardians and lurkers the past year ^^; I love seeing every new fa'e, and every new stage, your artwork just keeps getting better and better, and reflects the time and love people put into their Fa'e ^^ I look forward to a whole nother year of Fa'e! And to seeing some cool new Fa'e in the future!

i can't believe that a year ago -- OVER a year ago, now -- i found myself staring at an auction with some of the prettiest artwork i'd seen. i'd no clue what i was getting myself into! i went back and forth, bidding between naia and sire, i think it was, and ended up with a pretty little thing with big wide eyes that was a little too bright for my tastes. can you believe i'm not a big fan of purple? XD but i love naia and this has turned into a wonderful thing even though you had to drag me kicking and screaming the first few months. beyond MU* clients, my online rp was lacking but i found an outlet through naia. and, in raising her, i've decided I WILL NEVER HAVE CHILDREN!
congratulations on a lucrative and very revolutionary breedable, anya!
naia is 1 year old!!!! ahhhh!!!

If not for you (and the community you've created), I would have completely left Gaia Online months ago. Because of you, your wonderful creations, and this community- I've been inspired to not only stay here at Gaia, but truly enjoy my stay. Thank you for creating such a vibrant story, producing such amazing art, gathering together such an exceptional group of people, and most of all- for just being the kind, generous, and too-marvelous-for words person that you are. Thank you for allowing me the chance to interact with the wonderous world you have created.

We would like to thank you for all of the availability, the open arms, and the daily smiles you have given us. We've all been lucky to have been touched by your soul and truly an angel you'd make. Let your art soar with you wherever you may go in your life.
Over the past few months, you've dealt with a lot, and suprisingly kept the shop open and running, as a shop owner I am envious of your talents to gain and keep all of the stalkers in which love you very so much.
As a stalker, for one, I am glad to see that your art has progressed, and that there is a second generation coming. If you think about it, you have over 100 more images to go, but you do it for the people. And for that, we love you.

Anya,
I know I'm relatively new to the Fa'e thread in comparison to most of the guardians and lurkers here, but that doesn't mean that I don't appreciate all of the hard work you've done. It's amazing that this thread has hit one year, flourishing even, and it's due to the amazing community that you've developed, along with the amazing game. Did I mention you were AMAZING?
Even though I don't know you that well, I respect you (even fear as well, though it's a healthy fear) for all the work you've done. For your dedication and persistance, and of course for your art. From what I've heard you're one of the sweetest people alive and than you're a wonderful woman. Hopefully I'll be able to get to know you better through becoming a guardian myself, another thing I must thank you for.
You have blessed, and I'm sure will continue to bless, a lot of people in your life.

Anya,
It's hard for me to put into words how much I really appreciate all your hard work and everything you've done for me, both as a person and as a writer. I find myself rethinking everything that has happened since I stumbled onto the contest thread back in April (at least that's when I think it was) and admiring all the work and time you put into the shop. I never believed I had a chance after narrowly losing that contest, but the day you offered up a fa'e for ports, it was a godsend. I swore that once you handed Yanisin over to me that I would never need anything else to keep me on gaia. And yes, it's true. Had I never gotten Yanisin, I would have left so long ago.
Yanisin gives me a sense of purpose at times when I really feel like I have no use to anyone, either on gaia or otherwise. On the days I feel truely useless, I can come to HQ and find so many others that have been drawn by your kindness, your work, and your beautiful artistic skill and feel like I belong somewhere. Fa'e have reawakened my yearning to write...something I thought I had lost a long time ago and have realized that it was sorely missed.
I don't understand how you can do so much in so little time but I am eternally grateful for that skill (which I completely envy you for, by the way XD) and pray that everyone else realizes just how much you do. Fa'e aren't just pretty pictures and you aren't just the artist.
There's so much more that I wish I could say and there is still more that I could say that has been pointed out already. I guess all I can say now is thank you. Thank you for giving me the chance and fulfilling the one thing I had been dreaming of for months after Anen's birth.

Dear Anya,
I started hanging out in the Fa'e HQ as Dragon. Why? Because I admired your art and your talent, and a small part of me wished I could at least take part in the blossoming community. Lo and Behold, I was well-recieved on all ends, and quite to my suprise, received Sire within only a month of being active in the thread. It was incredibly suprising, wonderful, and all-out astonishing. That, and probably the happiest day of my Gaian life. Sire has been a highlight in my life for so long now, I can't imagine a day going by without thinking about him at least once. Sire's become more than just pixels to me. And it's helped. If not for this community, and for the Fa'e in general, I would have succumbed to my depression long ago.
I realize that I may not be the most active member. Or the best roleplayer there. Or even the best person - as I tend to be a bit overbearing at times - But I recognize what this community has done for Breedables - and indeed for anyone who's heard of the Fa'e, and I think the rave praise is well-deserved. You are sweet, kind, and caring, giving people who have a dream, a chance. It's changed Breedables for the better [just look at all the journal pets XD] and it's about time someone recognized you for your wonderful work.

I'm not very good at this sort of thing, but I shall try my best...
The Fa'e has got to be one of the best communities I've seen online, not just on Gaia. The art is beautiful, the little of the story I know is wonderful, and the people gathered around the Fa'e are amazing to say the least. I know this will sound sappy, but it's the truth: if it wasn't for the Fa'e thread, I wouldn't be on Gaia.
I could go on for far to long with what this thread means to me, so I'll keep it brief. Suffice to say, the Fa'e give me something to hope for (one of my own or just to RP with existing Fa'e), a place to go when real life gets to be too much, a chance to observe these wonderful stories unfold, and something to look forward to when I sit in front of my computer screen. I truly appreciate how the thread has been welcome to lurkers and the way you've put up with so many of us setting up Fa'e quests. In all honesty, some of the people I've met through lurking and the occasional RP mean more to me than some of my real life friends.
While I don't know you very well Anya, I admire the dedication you've shown to this community, even when people (myself included) have bickered, argued, and generally been a pain in the a**. I've only been on Gaia for a year, but I've seen so many breedables come and go. The Fa'e have stayed, largely because of your dedication. For that and so many other things, you have my deepest respect and utmost support.
Before I start rambling for hours, I'd better close this. Thank you Anya, for everything you've done and continue to do. Congratulations on this 1st Threadiversary with the hope of many more.
