That score is impossible. There is only 100 points possible, and with using 8 cyber elves it would be impossible.

agreed...it is extremely hard to get a score without using the "def+" type elf....but it seems you used none at all...oh!
if you were on the first level,it would be possible...and first intermission.
i got 98 on both of them ^_^

That score is impossible. There is only 100 points possible, and with using 8 cyber elves it would be impossible.

Unlike other MMZ games, you can have only one special cyber elf in MMZ4. This unique elf can develop abilities that copy other cyber elf. Since the highest level of the elf was 8 in the final mission, I cannot pick too many abilities that exceed that level, or else I will lose points. I picked the highest animal ability (double basic defense) because the fewer damage you take, the fewer points will be taken from your result score.

It's not impossible for anyone to achieve a score like mine. If you want to achieve the same score as mine, I suggest you practice going through each stage as fast as you can. Try to memorize what's in each stage and what are the enemies & obstacles on your path, and how you can counter them. Equip Zero's body with auto-charge, Strongest and double jump chips. Try to remember the bosses' attack patterns and their weaknesses, and eventually you'll do well.

Those who don't know the bosses' weakness:

Weak to ice:
Pegasolta Ekrail
Mino Magnus

Weak to thunder:
Heat Genblem
Sol Titanyan

Weak to fire:
Fengli Lunaedge
Tech Kraken

Weak to Non-elemental:
Nobile Mandrago
Pupula Cockapetri
Craft

For Dr. Weil, I'm not sure of his exact weakness but I find the axe to deal great damage. In his final form, both the axe and fire seems to be effective.

Yeah, i got the game since then. The cyber elf thing seems to be how many you used or something, if you haven't played the game.

But DANG that's a good score!

Oh, for Dr. Weil, the swords he drops down are very useful while facing his first form. And I would reccomend the chip, I forget its name, that is for your body that makes you not recoil when hit. Very useful, atleast when I fought him.

That chip's called Absorber. I don't use it much but I prefer Strongest because it prevents instant death on spikes and gives the lowest damage. In boss battles, I usually prefer Extend.

Well, I know absolutely NOTHING about this game's storyline. I'm not exactly a professional gamer either, so I'm not skilled enough to beat those games XD Can somebody please inform me what the storyline of this game is so that I don't have to be so clueless anymore?

Spoiler Protected.

In Game 1, Zero defeats Copy X. And saves a bunch of reploids who are said to be mavericks.

In game 2, Zero defeats harpuia, who now controls Neo Arcadia.

In game 3, Dr. Weil, who was banished from Neo arcadia, Brings Copy X back to life, and also restores Zero's former body. That is, his original one. It was revealed that though MMZ Zero waasn't in his original body, he was the same mind.

In game 4, X was destroyed, and now Dr. Weil is controlling Neo Arcadia. Humans are fleeing Neo arcadia, and so Dr. Weil is starting Ragnariok, to destroy all life outside of Neo Arcadia. It seems to be 8 plans, all attacking Area Zero. Area Zero is a meteor crash site, where humans are living because life has ccome back to the place. After Zero defeats the Einhujar (or something like that) it is revealed that Ragnarok is really a sattalit, with a huge cannon. Zero goes there and stops it, then returns to base. But then it starts to dive at Area Zero. Zero must go and stop it without destroying the core, or blow it up. Craft, former Neo Arcadia reploid, was controlling it the first time. Craft had then blown up part of Neo Arcadia. But Craft was destroyed, and it is revealed that Dr. Weil is immortal, and survived the blast. Weil fuses with Ragnarok, and Zero destroys him. But then ragnarok explodes, and Zero is lost... He might have survived, he might not have. It ends with a picture of Zero's helmet, lying in a desert. Everyone beleives Zero has been destroyed...

Wow... note how the details increased from game to game.

Here's the story, a little more detailed and spoiler-free:

In Mega Man Zero:

Neo Arcadia is a safe-haven for humans, led by the famous reploid, X. During this time, many reploids are being retired after being accused of being Mavericks. A small group of reploids, led by a human (underaged, mind you) scientist named Ciel, escape Neo Arcadia and form a resistance group to rid Neo Arcadia of the injustice towards reploids. This group, known simply as the Resistance, heads out to an abandoned laboratory in hopes of finding the legendary reploid, Zero, who was supposedly locked away many years ago, though the exact amount of time is unknown. Your job, as Zero, is to help the Resistance fight Neo Arcadia and defeat the tyranny that is X.

In Mega Man Zero 2:

A year after Zero's battle in Neo Arcadia, the Resistance is led by Commander Elpiz, an ex-Neo Arcadian Citizen. He plans to hit Neo Arcadia with a vicious frontal attack, which he calls Righteous Strike. During this time, Ciel is searching for an alternate source of power, believing the solution will end the war instead. After Righteous Strike, Elpiz goes on a search for another legend, the Dark Elf. She is rumored to harbor power that is unmatched, and believes this will give him the edge he needs. Your job, as Zero, is to help with Operation: Righteous Strike, then monitor Elpiz as he goes on his hunt for the Dark Elf.

In Mega Man Zero 3:

Zero and the rest of the resistance begin searching for the Dark Elf, when they come across something ahead. Zero goes off alone, and finds a creature known as Omega. After a battle, his creator, an old scientist by the name of Bairu, appears and reclaims his citizenship in Neo Arcadia, as well as a powerful position in the Neo Arcadian government. Your job, as Zero, is to discover Dr. Bairu's true motives and stop him before it's too late.

In Mega Man Zero 4:

A caravan filled with humans is escaping Neo Arcadia, no longer the safe-haven it once was. The leader of this caravan is a newsreporter named Neige, who appears to share the same sentiment as the other humans there: they all hate reploids. A new group, led by a reploid named Kraft, is attempting to destroy Area Zero, where the Eurasia incident happened long ago and where the humans in the caravan are living now. Your job, as Zero, is to stop the destruction of Area Zero and save the humans.

How's that for summaries?

But in the US games, the names are different for some characters.
Bairu is Dr. Weil, and Kraft is Craft.

In MZ4 Who has gotten junk armor yet? It's so awesome! You can kill the Ice bosses with one combo, and reduce the non elemental guys (not including Craft because he has 3 health bars) to 3 or 4 pieces of health quickly. Though you do take double damage from it, it works great for me, because I've figured out how to dodge a lot of attacks.

And Elpiz is Elpizo. So what? In the US, Harpuia is suppose to be female. That doesn't mean I regard him as one. Sage Harpuia is, as he always has been and always will be, male, in my eyes. I like the way the Japanese did things, so I'll keep it that way... the right way.

And they only renamed Kraft for... well, obvious reasons. Just like Vava from X series... sounded too close to Boba. Bad enough he looks like him...
