Tori continued to watch her. He wondered what she had gone through. Well, family wise and such. Meeting with her only that one time, he didn't get to know much about her. So it was much like just meeting someone new. But he was glad she seemed to be getting used to his kindness. All Ulaya deserved kindness, there was never an exception, to him.

Tori had also thought he'd be alone when the rain decided to come pouring down on him. He was glad he wasn't. Now he got to know someone he didn't think he'd ever meet again. She seemed rather nice, and he liked nice Ulaya. The mean ones weren't one he wanted to get involved with. To bad he lived wit one. I suppose you know everyone for a reason. Lets try to figure out why this little encounter happened.

Tori looked a bit surprised when she asked about him. He didn't expect that. Then again, she gave good reason. They were here until the rained stopped. And there was no need to stay silent when there was plenty to converse about. He gave her a kind smile.

"I haven't been up to much. Just meeting new people here and there with my great charm." He laughed. "How have you been?"

Tori always thought his words were quite charming. Didn't they make others feel nice? He thought so, which was why he liked to do it. Not to mention it suited him quite well. He also found it quite nice to hear her laugh. He'd tell her she had an adorable laugh, but he didn't think she'd want to hear it. So, he just smiled.

He then wondered why she was running, where were her parents? She was only a kit, how could she not be around her parents? He found it quite weird that she was out on her own. Had something gone wrong the last time he had seen. He knew her father was there last time. He began to wonder, until she began to talk about it him again.

He didn't know how his words could confuse others. He was being charming, that was how charming people acted. Maybe he was kind to others, but he knew when not to be. He thought he was perfectly fine. He shook his head, giving her a reply.

"Why are you alone..." He couldn't seem to get her last statement out of his head. "and why would my words confuse others?"

He looked at her oddly when she said her father was trying to kill her. He didn't believe that, seeing as the last time he was him, he seemed fine. But kits will be kits, yesh? He then wondered why she might've gone on a tedious journey on her own. Maybe come with a sibling if she thought her father was trying to kill her. I suppose it wasn't a serious as she let on. But she surely shouldn't have gone by herself. As she leaned closer to him, he began to feel a bit uncomfortable for the first time since they were so close. But he let it go, and continued to listen to her.

He smiled as she spoke. If his charm made others want to be around him and seek his company, he thought that was quite alright. Tori liked the company of others. It made him happy to meet new Ulaya and make them feel good with his compliments. With the mention of a sister, he didn't know if he met her or not, but he didn't seem to have the need to ask that question. So, he went on to reply back to her instead.

"If my charm makess otherss want to be around, I sssee that a** good! Company is alwayss good. And I alwayss mean what I sssay!"

He gave a short nod, and then send a wink towards Jei. He didn't know if she saw it, but it was just something he couldn't help but do at that moment. Then only went back to listening to what else she had to say. Tori himself didn't get many compliments himself. Though, he found nothing wrong with that. He wasn't conceited to think he needed any sort of compliment. He was just glad to give them to others.

"I've yet to encounter that sssituation." He smiled at her, his tail continuing to move back and forth.

He looked at her with a smile. I suppose it was a good thing that he was "something else". Seemed like a compliment to him. But he only began to wonder who this other Ulaya was. Who was he so much like? And he didn't know how he attracted so many others. They were all just coincidences, random others coming out of nowheres. But attracting others wouldn't be so bad either..

Hmm. Tori didn't necessarily NEED "others" around him. He just enjoyed the company of others rather then being alone. Who really likes being alone rather then have the company of at least one other? Surely not him. He'd settle for just one person being around, it was still company. Not to mention it was also a bit more personal just hangin' around with one other. And this whole "situation" thing was a bit confusing.. What situation?

"I don't need many othersss to be around, jussst one iss perfectly fine with me. And what sssituation do you sspeak of?"

Tori thought, "That one Ulaya, huh?" He actually hoped to one day find true love. Even though Tori flirted with others, that didn't mean he didn't want to find love. Though, he still might flirt some when he found this true love, it surely wouldn't mean anything. Tori is just a very lovable Ulaya, and wants to make sure other Ulaya know how beautiful they are. It was just how he was, and that surely wouldn't change. He really did want love, eventually. But how would he know when he found it? I has no idea..

He watched Jei when she began to speak again. This person she spoke of seemed rather lucky to him. To find true love that was. He still had a long way to go himself, and had no idea when it'd run into him. Jei seemed in much better shape then she was when he first found her. And all her sudden smiling only seemed to make him smile. He liked when others were happy, or smiling. It made him happy. Lying his tail on the cold rock floor, he thought of what he might be able to say. But he didn't know what to say!

"You know, I don't know how I'd react.." He let out a nervous smile.

Looking out into the world beyond the cave, the water still continued to pour down. However, it seemed lighter then if had started. He was enjoying her company, and wondered what might happen when the storm ended. He didn't know when he might see her again, it was while before their second encounter. But, you never know. Maybe they would again. It's always nice to see friends again~

He gave Jei eye contact as she spoke to him. He still didn't know who this other Ulaya was that she always seemed to be talking about. Or rather, this other family. But either way, they seemed to take quite good care of her.. Other then her running away all on her own. That wasn't quite good. But that seemed to be her own choice. And that was something he could not change.

Giving her a sudden weird face. Tori himself wasn't so sure about him finding any true love. But then again, if his parent could, he surely could. And Jei surely could too. He didn't see a reason why she couldn't. She seemed rather nice and he thought she was rather cute. But then again, he thought everyone was. But that didn't mean he was wrong.

"I think you could find sssomeone, there is nothing wrong with you." He nodded with a smile.

Looking back toward the rain, he cringed some. Rain was not fun. But then he started to think about how long he had been in here. It had been a little while. And he had just noticed how uncomfortable he was. So, adjusting himself some, he noticed Jei was about to speak. But she stopped. She shouldn't be afraid of speaking what was on her mind. So, he'd surely encourage her to spit it out.

"What, what iss it?" He smiled some more.

Tori didn't know if he'd ever see Jeiyana again. But he surely wouldn't mind if he did. He found nothing wrong with her, as she seemed to think. He noticed she was looking at her paw. Her wound still looked pretty bad. As if it just happened yesterday. But it had happened a while ago. He was still very sorry about it. As he didn't mean for it to happen.. It just happened, so unexpectedly. He probably feel bad about it for a while. It was just how he was.

Tori didn't know why she thought there were so many things wrong with her. There didn't seem to anything wrong. They had been talking this whole time, what was wrong? Other then her need to criticize herself all the time. Tori didn't like that. But that was only 'cause he adored all, no matter what their "flaws" were. So, if he didn't mind them, they weren't there. Or even an issue. So, with her saying it all the time. He had to know what they were.

"What are thesse isssuess you sspeak of?" He had to know..

They seemed to become friends within a short time. And no one wants to never see new friends again. Especially the ones you'll never forget. And Jei was surely someone he wouldn't forget.. He suddenly had an odd feeling.. But it was a good one.

"You know. I have a feeling we will meet again." He could only smile at the thought of that.

Listening to all her "problems", he didn't seem to see any of the. They were getting along perfectly fine. And the whole thing with his tail.. What was understandable. Other attempts had been made before. She wasn't the only one. And he was pretty sure the thing about her father was false.. He hoped. But other then that. Nothing she said seemed to reflect what he saw. He just saw someone who was lost, and need help, friends.. Guidance. It happens to the best of people. And he surely wouldn't judge someone on what others thought.

"Well, I don't see any, of what you say are problems, in you. Plus, I'm still here, aren't I?" He smiled.

Looking out of the cave.. It still rained. It did seem to lighten up since the last time he looked out there, but he still didn't know what a lot of rain would do to his tail.. It was quite the mystery to everyone.. Looking back at Jei, he seemed a bit better.. More cheerful. Which was good!

"You're welcome.." Looking back outside.. Then looking back at her, and her remark. "You know, I don't know about my tail.." A now nervous smile appeared on his face.

He didn't quite hear her last tid bit.. But it didn't matter. He for sure knew they'd meet again!
