Some of the powers of the Espadas you might want to make rules on who can use what. Such as the Gran Rey Cero an amazingly powerful attack used by Aizen and his leaders only and the ordinary Cero also there are other Cero's but the power at which people can use these is quite blurry and I don't want random people in the guild to be able to use the Gran Rey Cero as you are afraid of random people using Bankai.*bows*Lord Aizen if you could spend some time with me and the other leaders to discuss the subject of powers and release forms it would be greatly appreciated.

hes in my espada but he does need to get less colorful espadas usually only have color on their heads their uniform tends to be mostly white or blue black

Abd by the way, you posted in my forum on accident.
And Corugan, only Espada's, 1-10, can use the Gran Rey Cero.
And the Tres Numeros, Privaron Espada.
I also think all Espada should be required to have a sword.
