YA A JAPANESE THEME I LOVE THAT IDEA..i mean it is great i kno alot about that stuff so if u need some info just come talk to me okay i mean i have taken 2 yrs of japanese culture and language classes w/ a real teacher and all so I love that idea i say we do it...that theme is really good.. So whatever it takes to get this working i am gladly to help

i voted for a water balloon fight but i changed my mind now
i think it would be cool to have like a formal party. dressing smart and stuff. ^^
u cud make it into a prom aswell cheese_whine

I think theme based events seems fun. In towns, we really need some sort of festivities. Let's all dress up and have fun~ I like the idea of that~

Im fine with what ever you do,but how about this:
THEME:summer party
conditions:evryone dress up in summer clothes and we can have a mini avi contest or something

swedishsk8ter Judging from our (currently tiny) amount of votes in the poll, people are liking the idea of a themed event. Let me throw my idea out for one...
Since we have quite a bit of Japanese clothing and accessories in the shops now, I was considering the idea of a Japanese festival. My knowledge in this area is kinda limited, but I'd be willing to look into what kind of festivals are supposed to be going on during this time of year.
We could all dress up, carry around rice balls and lanterns...hehe. Let your imagination go wild. I think it'd be interesting. Yeah, a japanese festival sounds awesome. heres a list of Japanese Festivals that go on in August: 1.Aomori Nebuta Festival (Aomori City, Aomori) 2.Sendai Tanabata Festival(Sendai City, Miyagi) 3.Yosakoi Festival (Kochi-city, Kochi) 4.Awa Dance (Tokushima-city, Tokushima) 5.Kyoto Daimonji Gozan Okuribi (Kyoto-city, Kyoto) 6.Eisa Festival (Okinawa)

maybe like a black and white theme like light and stuff on one side and dark on the other. i think that would be pretty cool and the arabian theme sounds pretty cool to
