"Yeah," she said as she sat back up. This time she used her arms as a leverage as she bent her knees inwards underneath her, and then stretched them out without letting go of the ground. The difference in her leg and arm lengths caused her to loose her balance as she stood up, and she cartwheeled once before coming to a stop.

At this rate, she was going to end up really hurting herself. "Maybe you need something higher to hold onto to keep yourself up?"

Maiya cocked her head at Vulcan's idea. "Something bigger than me..."she softly droned before grinning widely at him. "You're bigger than me now, can i use you Vuvu?"

"You read my mind Dear Heart, I was just about to offer myslf." Vulcan crouched down on his stomache in front on Maiya, ready to stand and guide her into a standing position when she grabbed onto his back.

Maiya giggled as she reached over to Vulcan's side and grabbed his fur before givig him a smile. "Ready for lift off?" she questioned as she wiggled her legs closer up to him.

Vulcan made a pathetic attempt at a rocket lift off as he slowly stoof up again. Careful not tip or anything so tha Maiya wouldn't fall.

Maiya giggled some more as she made little rocket noises as she was lifted by Vulcan, still tightly gribbing his fur. He grip began to loosen as she became more accustomed to the unusual stance, before it became all but an open palm.

"How's it feel?" Vulcan couldn't imagine what it must be like, having to learn how to balance yourself all over again. Then having to learn to walk again.

"It feels funny," said Maiya as she liffted her feet one after the other, looking at them almost to make sure they were real. She ran her hand foreward on Vulcan as she tried to take a step foreward, pulling his fur as she slipped to pull herself back up.

Vulcan bites back a hiss of pain when his fur is pulled. I hope I still have fur by the end of this. "You alright Dear Heart?"

"Yes... I think I'm ok," she said as she loosened her grip once more. Again, she took a step foreward, but caught her balance this time. "Look,I did it!" she exclamed as sh smiled over to Vulcan.

"That is excellent Dear Heart." Vulcan grinned at Maiya, his eyes watching her every move. "You'll be used to this in no time."

"You really think so?" Maiya said as she grinned at Vulcan, before cautiously taking another step foreward. Then another and anther, each one growing more steady.

"I know so." Vulcan padded along beside Maiya, just in case she needed to grab hold of him to steady herself.

Maiya held her arms out to either side of her to help her keep her balance as she walked away from Vulcan, one step after another. She beamed as walking started to become easier, and turned around, smiling back at him.
