Raising her head and opening her eyes, Inazuma awoke from a recent nap. She rested underneath an old tree, far more ancient then it looks. Stretching out her stiff muscles before raising to her feet, bowing to get the remaining kinks from her back. Licking her dry lips she gazed around her with sapphire orbs, ears swiveling in all directions. She closed her eyes for a moment, inhaling deeply as she obsorbed her surroundings. The sweet smell of the grass, the coolness of the shade from the tree she lay under. As her muscles relax she takes in the feelings of life around her, trying to feel if any other moble creatures were around her, friend of foe.

River moved through the lands. She wanted to get all the wolves in one place, get them to at least know each other, welcome them and everything. She hadn't seen Diego much however and this was mostly his idea. She sighed and continued to wander. She saw Ren and held back a grateful smile. She was happy to see the femme even if the femme didn't seem to happy to be where she was at this time.
She continued to pad on through the forest seeing a young teen femme. She tilted her head slightly and smiled, "Hello there? I am River!" She trotted towards the femme, a beaming smile on her face. It was nice to see others around, not only ones she had brought in. Maybe Diego had done some work afterall instead of playing in the water. At this rate she was going to need a beta to help her pick up the things that Diego didn't do. She sighed forgetting slightly that there was another wolf in front of her. "How did you find us?" She asked in a chirpy sort of way hoping that it was Diego that brought her here, wouldn't have been bad if he hadn't just meant he would have done something at least.

At the sound of the other wolf's aproach, Inazuma's muscles tensed and her eyes snapped open. She did not feel like being entangled with a possible battle, but she wouldnt run either. Though she was just a teen, she seemed mature for her age. Sapphire orbs gazing over at the other wolf she stood, tail and head lowering slightly so as to not be the one to possibly start a fight. "Hello. I am Inazuma" She said, her voice calm. "This path felt right to me, so I travled down it to see what I would find. Has this land already claimed?" She spoke again as she looked back towards the older wolf.

River was slightly upset that Diego had no part in this femme being here so she jsut smiled, "Well it is nice to meet you Inazuma, I am River the alpha of these pack lands." She answered her question and filled her in with what she needed to know in one sentance. "We are happy to have you and you are welcome to stay, join the pack if you so wish!" She smiled and watched the teen, she didn't know much about her but they welcomed anyone, though she still had thoughts of creating a beta, though it would have to be one she knew or became friends with.

Inazuma's posture relaxed at the words of welcome. She sensed not form of malase from the older wolf infront of her. Her tail and ears rose a bit, but not so much as to insite a challenge. "Thank you. It is nice to meet you as well." Wit that said she looked at the area around her. "This place truely is beautiful, I may like to stay a while, if thats alright with you?" Her gaze then shifted back to the alpha before her.

The new sights and smells overwhelmed Koenshan as he followed River to her pack's territory. He had spoken little if at all during their way here, unsure whether he was doing the right thing by accepting her invitation. His posture was little better than dejected. Why would any Alpha want a failure like me in his pack?
Even as his self pity & self loathing knawed at his innards Koenshan's natural senses were starting to wake up to this new territory. It seemed peaceful, relaxed. The sound of rushing water put him in mind of his recent bath: it had cleaned the grime from his fur but not the stains the loss of his pack left on his heart & soul. He sighed to himself. At least River had been right: any trace of humans living nearby was practially gone. The scent of them was no longer on the soil or in the air. The she wolf had thankfully not taken him by the abandoned human village on their way here, and for that Koenshan was extremely grateful. His feelings for humans were not good and the green & blue wolf was unsure how he might react seeing a place that once reeked of their ilk.
He hoped the sound of the waterfall would mask the heavy beating of his heart. This chance at a new pack could mean survival for Koenshan. No matter how his guilt lay on him, his instincts strove to live.

River smiled at the femme, "You are most welcome to stay when and as you wish!" She giggled a little being as her mind still took other being a pup. Her ears pricked up as she heard the male wolf that she had brought here. It was nice to know that others were around but for now she wanted everyone in one place. It was time the pack got to know each other. "Inazuma, would you mind following me?" She smiled happily, nodding her head slightly before turning to where she thought she heard and smelt the male.
Trotting between trees she saw him and smiled, "Hey!" She spoke cheerfully and then continued to walk on just hoping he would follow with the other femme, "Come on, we call a meeting!" She smiled, in her mind they had a great deal, enough wolves to keep them all happy. Everything seemed somewhat perfect for her. If only Diego was around more. Oh well she would have to live with that.

His head snapped up, a mixture of embarrassment & fear playing along his features. River is the Alpha? He did not understand it, but there she was giving orders. In his pack the alpha female defered to the Alpha male. More than just being confused Koenshan was appaled that the thought had not occured to him. Afterall, only wolves in charge should bring new wolves home to a pack. Mustering a small bit of dignity Koenshan obediantly trotted behind River to her designated meeting place. He needed a pack. Perhaps this meeting would give him insight as to how this pack functioned. More importantly, it might dictate whether he was welcome as more than a visitor. Maybe he had found a new home.

((*posts* Lmao, no eating a pack familiar! xDD ))
For a while, the little red and brown squirrel had been searching around the packlands for his 'alpha' Diego. Surely, it was odd for a squirrel to be in a pack-- Leave alone a WOLF pack! But he and the rainbow wolf alpha were.. Friends. To him, oddly, Diego was his best friend, a squirrel's life wasen't as fun as it seemed. Inoki, aka Fuzzy, rarely met other squirrels, and in a lucky, yet in still somewhat scary event, he had met a friend-- But, a wolf. And now the wolf had a pack, and it was something the rodent didn't want to be left out of. Well, he was a squirrel, but maybe in this pack wolves wulden't swarm at him cuz oof Diego..? =0 Ah well. Were was his friend anyways? But then he cought sight of a brown wolf, and two others. The brown wolf smelled slight bit like Diego.. Maybe she knew him? Clambering on a lower branch just out of reach, he grabbed a tiny fruit, and threw it so it wuld land just at the female's paws, hopiing for her to notice him.
Now he perch there, head tilting as he waited for the female, or any of the others to answer, though, he culden't expect wolves to just talk, 'course not! Unless they were seers.. =3

With a nod Inazuma stretched once more before she trotted swiftly after the Alpha. as they rounded a grove of trees, she spotted the green and blue wolf that seemed to blend in well with the foliage. Looking him over brieftly she nodded to him in greeting before continuing off towards the where the meeting would be held.

At Inazuma's acknowledging nod Koenshan returned an awkward half bow. He was not quite sure what to make of his present situation. From the females' conversation the wolf with a blue bolt near her eye was also new to these lands, but River seemed to accept her without a fuss. No bristling of fur, no tests for supremacy. Everything he had learned about wolf pack order seemed useless to him here. It bothered Koenshan, not because he disapproved but because he did not understand it . If he could find a place he would be happy enough. It would take time to get used to so many females though. Maybe they could use a scout...
Koenshan pushed the thought away angrily. He was assuming that they would even want him in their pack. Although he had been given no signs showing he was unwelcome it was too early to be thinking he had found a pack so soon. No matter how much it meant to him.

As she walked Inazuma glanced over her shoulder to the older male. Slowing her pace slightly she watched emothins flass through his eyes and across his face. "Is something troubling you?" She could see that there was something on his mind, but if he would tell her was another story, so she wouldnt pry if he didnt want to voice it.

The green and blue male nearly jumped out of his fur at her words. He had not seen her slow down, did not notice her coming along side of him. I've been too long on my own... even before the humans burned my pack & home. I was on my own even then. Do I really know anything about being with others? Sighing he gave her a wry smile. It was almost forced, ment more for her than for himself. "Am I that transparant?"
Nervously he swung his head away, shoulders hunching in the process. "I've never met wolves outside my pack before. It's...." The words failed him. "Different."
Slowly Koenshan shifted his face to see Inazuma. Still, he could not bring himself to hold himself with pride as he once might have. He glanced up at her with slightly hung head. He wanted to tell the truth, but he feared the whole truth would make them view him as he currently viewed himself. His need for a pack would tell small truths at a time. Perhaps by the time the whole truth was out they could forgive him, as he could not forgive himself.

"Not really" She said, watching him. "you seem troubled, but I cant tell more then that.." Gazing ahead to the alpha that trotted infront of them she paused for a moment as if gathering her throughts before turning back to the male. "it is different, but this Alpha seems accepting. I dont think we have anything to worry about here.." She could tell he either didnt want to or wasnt able to talk about the reason to his discomfort so she let it go, not wanting to force him into doing something he wasnt comfortable with.

((Sooo sorry for being AFK all this time; But I've been with my BF ALOT and in return haven't been on Gaia a whole heck of alot....Sorry))
Diego had been away for days on end at this point. He sighed looked up at the stars. It was about time he returned; he couldn't find anyone else to join the pack and if he wandered much further he'd be in another packs territory. In anycase it wouldn't turn out well if he didn't stop in the direction he was heading in. Alls he needed was to run into Reicher- what a joy that would be. He narrowed his eyes in thought. Definatly not the way he wanted the day to turn out.
Turning around he began to retrace his steps. Finding his own pack was pretty easy in the long run. Rivers sent was strong and with his love for her it made the pack relitivly easy to track. As he neared the waterfalls new wolves sents flowed threw his nostrils. Apparently River had had better luck then he did when it came to finding others. At this point he was more intrested in finding her. Oh how she was a sight for sour eyes as he neared her and the other wolves.
