I can't write anything tonight cause my dad has insomnia and won't go to bed and I have to work early tomorrow so I can't stay up until he's in bed to write! -cries-

I'm getting the impression that if things keep going the way they are in my personal life, I won't be on Gaia for a while.
Namely because I'm pretty sure that I'm going to be grounded for breathing or something.
Yeah, it's getting bad.
So if I disappear for a week or a few weeks, it's safe to say I've gone and pissed my dad off.
Just wanted to give you all a heads up.

I don't get grounded. I'm an indoor person anyway and most of my friends work most of the time or...do their own thing.
Instead my parent's know ways to get to me *cuddles laptop*.

Had a conflict of interests religion wise. I found out about witchcraft and Wicca, my mother went ballistic and thought grounding me for half the school year would stop me. She had an irrational fear of the subject since her teenage years.
Yeah, I'm still a practicing witch and she's loosened up about it. She now realizes I'm not worshiping the devil... 'bout time too. Nine years is a long time to wear someone down enough to get them to try and view things differently.

Here's hoping our Lt Oblivious doesn't get grounded for breathing! That's sorta the addiction you don't wanna end anytime soon.
And somebody hit me if I ground my kids for religious differences.

And somebody hit me if I ground my kids for religious differences. You have kids? I know my mom's gonna freak if I tell her I'm agnostic, and I'm waiting for the perfect moment to drop the bomb, so to speak. I'm not very nice to her. My dad's Christian and both of my siblings and me are either agnostic or athiest, and he doesn't seem to mind. It's everything else that I get in trouble for.

Why would your mum freak Lt? She's insane. And I think she turned to god after the separation like crazy, but she's always been the religious one in the family before that. Then she destroyed said family, religion flew out the window, my siblings and I decided we didn't believe, and it's going to make her so mad. Plus she'll tell my grandma who will call me up and probably try to bribe me and my brother into going to church, which isn't actually a good thing but I can always tell her my beliefs are unstable at the moment and solitude and other fun crap are what I need. I'm a good liar.

That SUCKS LT D:. Damn. I'm sorry you have to put up with that nonsense! Geez, let people pick their own religions so that they actually enjoy them and their lives are actually improved.
My family's religion? Horrifying missionaries who come to our door.
Which is fine! But I often wish I really had a goat out back. They're supposed to make good pets.
