Saturn paused, then looked back to him. "I am sorry for your loss...." Despite being the scout of Distruction and Death, there was a soft tenderness in her voice. "However... you do not have anything to be shamed of, not from what I can tell...."

"I have much to be ashamed of." He frowned, he should not be telling her such things. They were far to personal. Yet he felt compelled to talk to her, it had been so long since he had a conversation. He would just have to be careful about what he said. With that decided the air around him seemed to change, he became more guarded, but he also lost his aura of ill intent. For the moment anyways.

She smiled a little bit. "Why don't... we go for a walk for a little...?" She came a little closer to the male, feeling his guard going up, but also feeling a little more at ease; he didn't feel so threatening at the moment.
"May I ask about your halo...? It's not something you see every day..."

The request caught him off guard. "A walk?" He pauses as he thinks it over. "A walk would be nice." He climbed to his feet easily and faced in Saturn's direction. "A halo is given to all spirits that have walked through Heaven's gates."

Letting her tail swish gently behind her, Saturn smiled. "If you like flowers, I know where this absolutely beautiful field is."
She tilted her head a bit at the answer he gave to her for the halo he wore. "I don't understand... does that mean that you're a zombie of some sort?"

"I love flowers, they give off such a comforting scent." Amusement flashed through him at Saturn's comment, his lips twitching upwards to form a smile that had slipped past his guard. But it was quickly gone. "I guess you could say that. Though I would like to think that I am much smart and handsomer that your stereotypical zombie."

Saturn smiled a little, feeling a bit more relaxed since she knew her friend wasn't a flesh eating zombie who wanted to suck out her brain with a straw. "And apparently far more modest too..." She said with a soft tone, gently teasing him.

Saturn chuckled even more, then gave a small yelp of pain as she stepped on something sharp. Picking up her paw, she could see a little trickle of red liquid coming from the pad of her paw. Looking down, she could see what had caused the pain; a sharp stone lay mostly buried in the ground in front of her.

"What is wrong Lady Saturn? Did you hurt yourself?" Ioriel frowned, the coppery scent of blood filling his nose. He stopped in mid step and turned to face Saturn.

"I'm alright...." Saturn gently licked her paw, wincing at the now tenderness of her paw. "I stepped on a sharp rock, that's all." She did her best to try to clean her injury, despite the tenderness.

Ioriel sat on the ground, facing Saturn. He held out a paw. "May I see the injured paw Lady Saturn?"

"Hm?" Saturn blinked, surprised by the act, then nodded and gently placed her injured paw in his. "S-sure... but why?"

"A precaution Lady Saturn." Ioriel lightly ran his paw over hers, gently probing where he felt the cut. Satisfied with what he found, he reached back his free paw and ripped one of the tails off his blindfold. He carefully wound it around Saturn's paw before tying it off. "Do not want it getting infected from dirt getting in Lady Saturn."
