Tuli's head tilted as she listened to him talk, she laughed at the thought of a story her parents have told her.
"Well, what would you think seeing a fully grown mare with NO wings jumping from a cliff with a stallion gliding over head?" it was the story of her parents and how her father had shown her mother what it felt like to 'fly'.
"It can't hurt to try, right?" she beamed and pranced in place a bit.

Dichali grinned. "Well, at least her wings wouldn't be flailing in different directions, no? Besides, it sounds kind of romantic." He waggled his eyebrows jokingly at her.
"Well, I s'pose not. But there's always that chance that my wings will break off." The stallion swung his head around to look at the thin wings, not quite liking the idea of them being removed in any way.

She laughed at his waggle, though stopped suddenly at the thought of his wings snapping from his back.
"You know...on second thought, perhaps that might not be so good," She peered quickly at his wings, "They do seem more fragile than those that run in my family."
She looked around for a nice flat open area. "Come on, we're going to practice!" she wasn't sure how he'd operate his 4 wings compared to her two, but it would be interesting none the less.

Dichali cocked his head to the side. "We're going to... What? How can you practice when you don't know what you're doing in the first place?" It was an honest question. He didn't have a clue about what he was doing, and wasn't quite sure he wanted to embarass himself.

"Well, I'm not -exactly- clueless. I have two...you just have..two more." she grinned and turned, taking a few paces towards the flat part of the meadow in the distance. "We just have to figure out how to coordinate all of them...some how." she peered back at him. She wouldn't force him to try, but she thought it would be fun.

He moved the two wings on his right side in opposite directions. "Well, it shouldn't be that hard, I suppose." Dichali fluttered them a bit. The position felt natural, but wasn't anywhere close to lifting him from the ground. "But... How?"

She stopped for a moment and pondered his question, she shrugged and laughed. "Dichali, I don't have a clue."
Well, she may not have had a plan, but at least she was honest about it. "It'd probably be best if you get a good running start then move them as quickly as you can....." she tilted her head and looked at them. "Do they move at the same time or all at different rates of speed?"

Dichali blinked. Had he introduced himself? Apparently. But... What was her name? He surely didn't want to ask, as it would be rude to forget somebody's name so quickly. Shrugging it off, he listened closely.
"Are you sure?" He blinked at her question. "They move at whatever speed I move them at, I suppose." The stallion chuckled and flicked his tail.

(*head desk* Sorry, I thought they intro'd)
She laughed, "Well, I figured as much." she stopped, looking from the meadow to the stallion. "Okay. Go!"
She harked out as if she knew what she was doing. ".....Run! Go go go!" She had to at least see what they were trying to work with here.

Dichali began to run, and flapped his wings. It didn't do anything but make him feel silly. "Er... Perhaps a different approach? I think that my wings probably don't catch the air as well as yours." He made a funny scruched up face and looked back at his wings.

She tilted her head as Dichali refused, "I...I don't know. Have you tried jumping as you ran? Oooor....leaping off of something? Like a log?"
Tuli didn't have a clue, she supposed this was one thing she just wouldn't be able to help with after all. "I guess you'll have to find someone with your kind of wings...." she paused and shrugged, "I just don't know."

Dichali thought for a moment. "Perhaps jumping off a log would work." He looked around for a log, but sighed when he didn't see one. "I remember seeing a Soquili with wings kind of like me... She didn't jump or anything. She just stood still and flapped her wings. Maybe..." The stallion flapped his wings as hard as he could, and slowly began to come off the ground.
