Falan jumped around in excitement when Shade said that he would like to go outside and play since he had not really done so. She couldnt decide what they should play when she figured that she should let him decide.
"So what do you want to play? Theres tag, hide and seek, chase, follow the leader, ummm, thats all i can think of that we can play cause most require a lot of players to play. You can choose from those but i love all of 'em so i dont care which we play."
Falan couldnt help herself in getting excited over playing a game with someone new. She loved to make new friends by laying with them and having fun.

The dark male slowly stood and began walking to the door. All the games she offered seemed to involve finding or following someone else. "I don't think I've evered played any of those games before.." he murmured softly, nudging the door open with his muzzle. "How does 'follow the leader' work?" he asked, stepping aside to let Falan passage through the shop's door. She seemed ecstatic to go outside.

"None of them? Wow! Thay are so much fun, but thats only a few of the games out there. Um. follow the leader is basically there is one person who is the leader and the others line up behind the leader. The ones following have to follow the leader whereever they go. also while doing so the followers have to sing 'We're following the leader, the leader, the leader, we're following the leader wherever he may go' or something like that, over and over again. But i say that that the song isn't necessary cause it get annoying."
Falan walked, almost ran, past Shade out the door. She was so excited about playing a game and just to be outside in the fresh air. When she got outside she stopped for just a minute to breath in the frsh air.

Shade stepped outside after Falan and gently shut the door. He sighed with releif as she withdrew the option of singing. Singing, or anything that involved constant use of vocals, was not his strongest point. Lowering his eyes from the sun's rays, he looked around. Inhaling the fresh air as well, Shade turned to Falan. "There's woodland not too far from here," he murmured. "Perhaps we can explore the forest while playing follow the leader?" He had been to the forest a few times before for inspiration for his poetry. He appreciated the cool, shade which the trees provided and the serenity of the atmosphere as well.

"Woods sound good since there'll be more to do, like climbing and going under things." Falan smiled at Shade. She started walking slowly in the direction she thought the woods were in.
She felt like striking up a conversation while they walked "So do you have any siblings? I have a sister, but she isn't very social though so she doesnt play very often." she looked over in his direction when she asked him about this.

Shade fell into step at Falan's pace, adverting his gaze from the sun's light. He looked over at the dark femme when she inquired about him having family and shook his head lightly. "I live with a young demon, but we never considered each other to be siblings. He's rather antisocial as well and seems to own an indifferent outlook on life..." He sighed softly and surveyed his surroundings to make sure they were headed in the right direction. "I don't recall having family. Is it nice having relatives?"

Falan thought it over. She liked her sister but she wasnt around her often. "I guess its nice. We don't really hang around each other often. She is very smart though, smarter than me." Falan looked down as she said the last part. She thought she wasnt smart compared to her sister since her sister seemed to know a lot and she only knew about being outside and playing games.

Shade listened closely to Falan. He blinked as she looked down. "Well," he mused. "That doesn't mean you're not smart. Everyone knows something different. I may know some things about poetry, but I never cared much for things like physics. Would that make me any less superior to a scientist?" He shrugged. "Sometimes it's not having overall intelligence that matters, but just living life to the fullest that counts."

Falan perked up when Shade said that being smart isnt always nescessary. This made her cheer up again and she smiled at Shade. "Ya, i guess your right."
They had been walking for only a short time but Falan could start to see the forest in the distance. It really was hard to miss since the trees were so tall.
