Mac Ramsey Play "Stair Way to Heaven" backwards and you get this freaky a** satanic song. Its sounds cool though. I think its by Guns'N Roses. I think its by them <_<....>_>. YEA! one day I got that song stuck in my head and I was like " NONO! you cant sing that evil song! whee gonk xp "

I do not believe that songs played back words will have any hidden messages. The reason for people believing there is, is because of the FBI. what happen there was a song made with a hidden message hidden with in it meaning the lyrics and then the FBI made a big drug bust but people took it literaly when the FBI said that the hidden message was hidden with in the song. Sort of like the song "Louie Louie" it was reaserched by the FBI for years because they thought it had a hidden message in it. Unfortunatly now when people listen to song back wards the human brain will worp what they are hearing in to somthing else, if the person really wants to here somthing. Sort of like if you expect to see a ghost in a honted house you will more then likly see one. It is all in the breain... heart

I think some songs just accidentally have words in them backwards...But I also believe evil corprate @- holes put some in commercials or pop songs...

And no, I don't believe backmasking. In fact, I hate it.
You picked the perfect example Ramsey, STH was/is very controversial regarding this backmasking thing.
People are just paranoid back then. How can they put satanic messages in their songs way back in the late 60s where there were no digital techies yet?
They're just finding a way to bring those famous rock bands down because of their fame.
And Led Zepp was an easy target because of the band's interest in Runes, Mythology, and the like.
For me, I really don't like this idea of hearing a song backwards.
The song was not inteded for you to listen to it that way in the first place.
And a very personal thing, I don't really care 'bout the real intention of a song
(cause it differs among ourselves, the listeners), I care 'bout the musical quality. 3nodding

I remember hearing about a Queen song, play it backwards and there's a very risque message within. If I could remember which it is, and not chosen to block it from my mind, I would share. It may be "One Vision", the start of the song does sound like vocals in reverse.
