@Otulissa: I was hoping that the characters themselves could decide everything, from music style, to the name, to the appearance. I don't think it'd be too good to assign a label that doesn't go anywhere near the character's personalities. I was thinking that the band would be together, on a Friday or something in School, and have the characters figure things out. Again, it's up to them, since they are the ones in this band. I sometimes find my characters do things that completely surprise me, whether they're in a roleplay, or a short-story. This is proof.

I did infuse them with a personality after all. It would be a shame if I imposed my will instead.

but if I made them for a specific purpose, I get kind of annoyed.

LOL, I know what you mean. Sometimes, I write a story, and I find myself yelling at my character. Like, "What the heck are you donig?! Gah!" They have minds of their own...
