Alyssa laughed, and smiled slightly at Sephy. "Well, I guess you are pretty lucky I saved your butt over there, right?" She laughed and watched as Sephy took the cat fro her arms. Alyssa sighed, she probabaly would have done the same thing. Literally. The moment she had seen the guy her mouth just wanted to drop open, but she had a mission and she could not of let herself stand in the doorway just like Sephy had done. That's why Alyssa had left so quickly. Looking back at Sephy she shrugged. "My summer? Not much to talk abotu really, how about yours?" She looked ahead as they walked and she noticed a guy who looked pretty similar to Hikakaru in a compartment that she had passed. Crinkling her nose she looked through the window of the door trying to get a better look. But his back was to her. Sighing she turned away, and kept on walking. "I swear, that kid looked so much like Hikakaru it isn'y funny." She muttered softly.

"Ughh, don't get me started. Much too long of a story." she said, trying to brush off the question with a laugh. She followed Alyssa's gaze, and stood there for a second, looking at the boy in the compartment. Doesn't he look like ... she thought. She shook her head and ran to catch up with Alyssa. "So, do you have a compartment? Because I'm totally ok with wandering around aimlessly for the ride if you don't." she said joking.

Alyssa laughed and nodded. "Ok, I'll never ask about your summer again." She hid her hands behind her back and crossed her fingers laughing. She contiuned walking not even noticing Sephy was looking at the boy Alyssa had stopped to look at. Moments later Alyssa turned and watched Sephy run towards her. 'Oh.... I should have stopped.' She thought to herself. "I did, but that was before you came along.. I had started talking to some girl I didn't even know, but I know now that she is like way younger then I am." She laughed. Alyssa was not exactly being herself. The old Alyssa never would have though different about anyones age. She would have made friends with just about anyone. But this year it seemed to her that age was a factor. Not a huge one, but still a factor. "Why don't we go join that blonde male who looked so much like...." She didn't finish the sentence, she knew she didn't have to.

Shiann looked at Kaydin, her eyebrows furrowed.Why 's he reading a book that we learned from last year?I wonder if he's trying to catch up on spell or something,Shiann thought, looking from the book to his face.Shiann had to admit he was pretty good looking and she wouldn't mind getting to know him more.Though instead of bothering him she looked at the passing people outside and her hand aimlessly wandered to a bump beneath her blouse.It was the pendant she got from her brother when she was only five.She look it out and looked at it before returning it under her cloth.

James stopped the lady with the treats. "Could i please have 10 chocolate frogs."He said to the lady.He then closed his compartment door and let the chocolate frogs lose in his compartment without eating them. Before he went to the orphanage he lived by a lake and this was a really familiar sound. Everyone looked at him like he was a weirdo though but he didnt care.

Kaydin continued to read the book. He flipped the page over and noticed that Shiann had been looking at him for a second before looking at a pendent. He felt really stupid now. Why did I wait until this year to actually read the books from last year? He thought. He closed the book to tired to read anymore and put the book to the left of him. He took a quick glance at Shiann before turning and looking out the window. He was never much of one to actually start conversations with people he didn't know.

"So what's with the book?"Shiann asked all of a sudden.She normally stayed quiet to a new person but she needed to talk.She was a born talker so staying quiet even if she doesn't know the person kinda gets to her."I mean isn't that a book from last year?"She asked, turning her eyes to look at Kaydin then glancing at the book and back to him.

"Yea, sure." said Sephy, turning around and walking back. She turned to wait for Alyssa, trying to get a better hold of Lune, who was starting to get frisky again.

A teacherwalked up to james' compartment. "This is your first time in hogwarts so im gonna have to ask that you go with the first years to the sorting hat."said the teacher
"I already did that in private. That would be to embarrasing to do in public."James said rather annoyed. All his frogs got out because of the teacher and they were running all around the train causing a huge commotion. Dam, how embarrasing He thought turning raid and sinking into his chair closing t he door

Kaydin looked away fro the window, slightly startled. He hadn't been expecting someone to talk to him. He glanced down at the book and laughed nervously. "Oh that book..?" He paused and took a glance at Shiann, he didn't want to admit that he hadn't read much last year. So he decided to come up with a lie. It wasn't a nice way to start of with someone you just met, though for Kaydin he just had to lie it was kind of an embarrassing subject for him. "I was just re-reading some of the books from last year. I tend to forget a lot over the summer." He had forgotten a lot from last year, that much was true.

Alyssa turned around and followed along side Sephy. She noticed frogs hoping around, and she stiffled a laugh. She walked towards the guys comparment and slowly opened the door. "Mind if my friend and I join you?" She asked standing in the doorway looking at the blonde male.

Shianns eyebrows rose a bit."Oh,"was all she could say.Her mind could come up with witty things to say in a slit second but when it comes to conversations and keeping it going she failed horribly.Hmm interesting, I wonder if he does this all the time.More interesting is that he takes the time to actually re-read those books,Shiann thought, her eyebrow arched a bit."How was your summer?"She asked since that seemed like a pretty good safe question to go with.

His eyes widened and his face grew even more redder. "Oh..ummmm yeah ofcourse"He said in a hushed voice."Umm i once uhh.."He said trieing to start a subject but forgot what he was gonna say. Thise always happend to him when girls were around.
The teacher smiled as the frogs jumped out."Your just like Hikakaru, caaring for animals even if you can eat them."She said remembering a good memory of hikkaru doing something similiar in class.
James smiled at the thought that he was just like his big brother

So he is his brother! Sephy thought, coming up behind Alyssa. "Do you mind if I join you too?" she asked. She laughed a bit at the frogs.

Alyssa smiled and sat across from the blonde male. She glnced at the teacher who she noticed noticed was inside the compartment. She listened carefully and took on last glance at the blonde male. "So uhm.. you're related to Hikakaru? Or do you just know him...?" She bit her lip and waited for Sephy to come in, then it wouldn't be so quiet.
Kaydin blushed slightly. It was so embarrassing admitting something like that, even if it was a half truth. He looked out the window again and then back at Shiann as she spoke to him. He shrugged. "Not much to say about it I suppose. I spent all of it with my grandparents in teh muggl world." He shrugged. Then noticed how much he sounded like a muggle born kid. "I'm not muggle though. I just don't like living with my parents." He added quickly. "Oh, and how about your summer?" He asked trying to keep the conversation alive.
