What most smoking opponants don't tell you is that smoking isn't a sure-shot life-ending habit. It increases the probability that you will die prematurely of a respiratory ailment. So, yes, some people will smoke all their lives and live to very advanced ages. Some people who don't smoke will die prematurely of lung cancer. Some people who wouldn't have died early will die early because of smoking. I'm all about fully informed choices based on hard true numbers and accepting that some people will make choices I wouldn't personally make.

I believe that it has been proven that cancer is a gene that EVERYONE has. Some have it activate early, late in life or not at all.... but EVERYONE HAS IT!
