I don't sleep at night, but it doesn't take more than a minute for me to pass out in the middle of the day, and then I don't ever wake up, and then have even more trouble falling asleep later on. ... So I try to stay awake during the day. I did ask my mom to wake me after an hour of napping, so that I can sleep. But the last time I passed out, I have lucid memories of her simply shutting my bedroom door. >.>

I wasn't able to nap for the longest time. I think the sleep deprivation in high school allowed me to actually be able to nap successfully.

I sometimes think that I'm tired enough for napping, but it doesn't happen. sweatdrop Is it better to not take naps and just sleep for a long period of time during night?

Naps actually aren't good, so yes, it is better to sleep longer at night. Doesn't stop me from doing it when I feel I need it. *shrugs*

Naps are perfectly fine, they just can't replace a good night's sleep

[ ]From what I read, naps are considered unhealthy. But of course, we know that it just means that you aren't getting enough sleep at night if you really feel the need to nap.

The body naturally gets run down about 1 to 3 in the afternoon for most people, and a quick 15 minute nap can suffice and help you get through the rest of your day unscathed. 3nodding

Yeah, you start to get tired about seven hours after you wake up. So then a quick nap is good. Not hours though. That throws off your body clock.

If not woken, I can sleep until six, sometimes later. I think my latest was eight.
