((sorry i was gone forever, we had internet issues))
Jackson looked relieved. "Well, I'm quite optimistic about this year... though it will be my first year teaching, I do believe I've put together quite an interesting curriculum. I really hope to expand the students' view of potions!" His eyes shone brightly, then suddenly he looked worried again. "Though, of course, I am the first Potions Master in quite some time who was not of Slytherin House. I wonder if the difference will be noticeable."
He waved a hand, dismissing the thought, and his eyes and face became unclouded once more. "Ah well. But I say! I have kept you here dreadfully long, Miss Brales. Please, continue with your shopping!" He smiled at her. "It was quite wonderful to meet you, I shall remember you as my first official student!" He gave a slight bow.

[Ah, that's okay. I hate it when internet issues pop up. >.<]
Wasn't in Slytherin. Huh. So many Potions Masters were.... But then again, he didn't seem like the Slytherin type.
Shifting her package, Vlaityn took one last look at him for the time being. "It was nice to meet you Professor Krouso."
"I suppose I'll see you in potions class." She headed out towards the door, but looked back before leaving. "Sir. Sorry, see you in Potions class, sir."
She gave an apologetic shrug and walked out.

Jackson busied himself collecting his needed supplies and ordering things for his classroom from the shopkeeper. When he had finished all his business he took one last deep breath, taking in all the wonderful (to him) ingredients for the art he so dearly loved, and then hurried back out into Diagon Alley to continue his day.

 Kallista quickly rushed into the Apothecary shop. Why did I sleep in so late! I might end up missing my first ever train ride to Hogwarts! Her thoughts had put a horrified look on her face. She got herself together and rushed up to the desk. "I'm a first year at Hogwarts, sir" "Very well," he said going around the shop getting what she needed and then packing it up for her. She handed him the money and ran out of the store heading to Madame Malkin's next.
