Even after watching the fourth, I like the third the most. Just because of Inutaisho.

#3 by far. It was really awesome seeing Inuyasha's parents, even if it was only brief. Inuyasha's father is now officially one of my top favourite characters because he is just so awesome.
I also like it because it focuses more on Sesshoumaru, another one of my favourite characters and there's not a sickenly amount of romance in the movie either ^_^ not to mention, the fighting scenes are a lot better than the first two movies.

I love the third movie and I bought it on DVD and watch it almost every weekend since I bought it.
