hee hee.........yeah, nice disclaimer there. But really, if one thing had happened besides the popup appearing it would have triggered something in my mind. But now me shall be more vigilant. And I have seen on some email servers, like Yahoo, they have a password checker that will tell you how strong your password is.

But really, if one thing had happened besides the popup appearing it would have triggered something in my mind. But now me shall be more vigilant. And I have seen on some email servers, like Yahoo, they have a password checker that will tell you how strong your password is. mhmm... but those generally suck... they mostly check for length and that you have alpha-numeric.. you could take your name followed by your age or year of birth and it would say it's "good".. some even say that it's strong...

Thank you. But please, if you know someone who has had to go through the process of getting their account back from a ban, tell them to post here with what they had to do. I want to know what to expect in the 3 months time when Gaia gets around to my report.

i was hacked about a month ago or so...and the funny thing is is that i had JUST changed my password like 2 days before and i told NO ONE and had not used that password anywhere else...but yet i still got hacked... and it happed when i was ONLINE!!! ugh! and i found out who did it and looked at their profile and they were wearing all of my items!! rediculous i tell you!!
i have no idea why people feel the need to steal things from others... gold is sooooo easy to get on here... yeah it may take a while but still
soooo frustrating!!

Yes....If the people who hacked accounts knew how much I worked to get my items then perhaps they would think about maybe they could get stuff that way as well. For those of you who hang in the Lair you know how much I obsessed over the games to get the stuff I won.

For those of you who hang in the Lair you know how much I obsessed over the games to get the stuff I won. i don't think those selfish people care stare

It makes me laugh. ^^ I looked at them when I was doing research for the whole towns thing to make sure it was safe and there were videos where people were using a firefox add-on to change the appearance of the page & its gold... and that's all they were doing really, changing the picture, lol... and they had a link to download "the hacking program" rofl rofl rofl lol. well, the towns thing was just packet-editing... messing with the stuff their comps sent out... which meant that it was harmless. I had some fun taunting them though. >:} muahaha.
