He really was interesting. And kinder than one would imagine him to be at first glance. He obviously did not mind outside influence in the Firekin blood, as he had produced children outside the pride before the uprising had even begun. Kibela could easily see that he was a very good lion to have around as they rebuilt. Someone who would defend the rebel side from the original blood lines. It would not be good if Kidondo ended up standing alone, while the other full-blooded Firekin caused distress.
She didn't want to think that that kind of situation could arise.. But she had to think on all possibilities if she wanted to help her.. Friend? Brother? Whatever their dear regent was slowly becoming to her. " I hope that you gain many eager students, Bodaway. "

A smile graced the lion's maw as he looked to the lioness. "Age is but a state of mind, quite often. Some lions think in a way much older than their physical body, as I've seen the odd cub do here. Others, such as myself, think on a level more akin to physically much younger lions." He chuckled, looking to the horizon.
Ears flicking, he considered the words. After a moment, he sighed. "It feels like so long since cubs graced these lands... Young minds hungry and eager for knowledge... Can you imagine it?" Pausing, Bodaway looked at the dunes, just imagining cubs playing and rolling on the sand, honing skills they would need in life. Mock fights, mock hunts... It was a grand thing to think of.

She nods a bit sadly, stopping to glance around the area. " It is a sad thing, now.. But it will not be many seasons before there are little ones running around, making mischief. " She chuckled, shaking her head, before looking off thoughtfully. " Perhaps even my own? "
She smirked a bit, letting out a snort. " Now that, I cant imagine in the least! " It wasn't as if she didn't want children. But honestly. Her? A mother? She was weary of being in a situation like that. What kind of mother would se be? She really wasn't sure she could show such motherly affections to raise cubs.
