Youou sighed, trying his best to fight off the sickness he felt, but breathing only seemed to make it worse, and Sohrab wasn't getting any better. He cursed under his breath, quickly tugging the blindfold off of his eyes, but kept his eyes shut tight. " Hold on you big cry baby, I'll help you in a sec."
Slowly but surely he opened his eyes, letting them slowly adjust to the light that they had been but off from for so long. Finally his golden cat eyes showed, but only after a few good squints and hard blinks was the younger kitsu actually able to use them correctly. " Alright what did you do?" He padded closer to his friend, letting the blindfold hang loosely around his neck as he inspected the rock in the other's paw. " How'd you pull this one off?" The blood didn't phase him, however, it never did, but the closer he seemed to get to it, the worse he began to feel, and yet better. It was a confusing feeling, so confusing that he had to stop in his tracks, his brow furrowing in confusion.
He shook himself before forcing himself to get closer to his friend, eyeing the rock before placing his jaw over the jagged form. " Howd shtill," he said around the rock before quickly jerking his head up, the rock following suit.

Sohrab stilled, but continued his whimpering at the other took a gander at his injury. He wasn't being a baby, he just never felt this much pain before. Like ever. But when it finally came out he breathe a sigh of relief but his wound was still throbbing but more so, now it bled more freely. His eyes widened, not used to so much blood coming out of him before. He whimpered again, bringing his paw close instinctively licking it with tears in his eyes. He winced with every swipe but he was sure that the bleeding wasn't going to stop for a long while.

Youou let the rock fall from his maw with a chuckle,"There now its gone. But lets wrap it with the blindfold so it'll stop..." he paused and stared into space for a moment, his pupils becoming mere slits. As he had been speaking the blood from the rock had slowly worked its way into his mouth, and he had had his first taste of another's blood, but as soon as it had touched his tongue, it had frozen him in place. The nauseated feeling he had been fighting suddenly subsided and he felt a sudden desperation to get more. Of what exactly his mind couldn't put together, but it had come from the rock that had come from the now bleeding paw of Sohrab. Perhaps it was that? Nono, it couldn't be! Only the mage was like that.
With sheer force of will he made himself move again, sitting in front of Sohrab and untieing the blindfold from his neck. "Gimmie your paw so I can wrap it up..." The command was a bit more than forced out, his eyes all on the bleeding paw as he did his best to keep from getting at it.

The man whimpered again and slowly gave the other his paw, not really paying attention to his companions oddness. He was actually rather focused on keeping his tears at bay. Finally he looked at the other, seeing the other's confusing expression. "Youou-kun??????"

Youou took Sohrab's paw without hesitation, if even with a greedy look in his golden eyes. There was a satisfying feeling in the back of his mind, telling him that he was certainly getting closer to what his body wanted. He assumed it was the blood seeping from his friend's paw. A frown crossed his features as her heard Sohrab's voice, the thing at the back of his mind seeming to growl and tell him to not bother him. But Youou forced the feeling down and tore his gaze from the other's paw, a desperate look in his eyes.
" I....I don't think being around your blood is a good idea..."He kept his gaze on his friend, thinking that maybe that would help, as he began to wrap the other's paw with the blind fold, going by the memory of how it felt when Mother Rune taught him first aid before.

Sohrab looked even more confused by the other. His blood? What was wrong with his blood? He winced slightly as the other wrapped his paw. The other was starting to act really strange and it was starting to get just a little bit...creepy. Not scary, not yet at least because...because Sohrab trusted Youou. And Youou was the first kitsu he ever trusted that wasn't a part of his family. And even then it had taken him a long time before he trusted them.
The male scooted closer, concern clearly written on his face. "Youou-kun?" He gently nosed the other's muzzle, hoping the other was just making him worry as a joke or something.

Youou jumped slightly as his friend got closer, a desperate look in his golden eyes, but he did not move away even when he was nuzzled. "I'm sorry, I don't know whats going on.." He stared at his paws which now had blood from his friend's wound on it. Without hesitation or any thought the a paw was brought up to his muzzle, his tongue flicking out to clean the blood off.
The younger kitsu's eyes suddenly swirled in colour, going from their normal golden to a sapphire blue, the pupils barely visible. He then looked up form his paws, a jerk of his head as he stared at Sohrab. A moment barely passed before a rather dark grin pulled at the edges of his maw, fangs out to the world.

Sohrab's eyes widened as he watched his friend, taking a step back. His eyes changed! They changed! And-and...his fangs. His fangs were just...deadly looking right now. Just like....just like...his father. He stilled, unsure whether to run away or just sit there like a deer caught in the headlights. Another step away. "Youou...."
He was scared.
So he bolted.
A blur of yellow fur moved as fast as he could, his injured paw cradled tightly against him. But he was hurt and he couldn't run fast, not that he was a great runner anyway. He turned around just once, not caring that he was currently lost, but it was enough to trip him. Crap.

Youou moved to his feet, moving like liquid as his sapphire eyes merely watched his prey attempt an escape. He couldn't help but laugh, shaking himself before pushing his body into movement. Running had never seemed to easy to him before, merely moving had never seemed so easy now that he thought of it. Whatever had happened to him, or rather, whatever was happening to him, he didn't exactly want to complain. Not even as he caught up with his injured prey, the blood trail and the loud way his prey was escaping making it all too easy. He felt a slight let down in the back of his mind.
He padded closer to his now fallen prey, a grin upon his maw again as he came closer. And before he could escape again or even attempt to escape, he launched upon the prey, fangs sinking into the exposed that seemed to have been calling him. A purr rumbled through his throat as he finally got what he had been chasing after. Blood.

He cried out feeling those fangs pass through his skin, his blood pushing forth to meet them. He didn't dare struggle nor did he dare want to. He stayed silent if not for the silent tears building up in his eyes.
Youou....Youou was...drinking his blood! Youou was a vampire. Except, he drank from kitsus. Kitsus like him! And he liked it! Youou liked tasting him, he gave a slight groan as the other pressed for more. Gods, Youou was eating him and...and.........
And it was starting to feel good. He was starting to feel numb in that area and something pleasurable ticked off in his mind. But he couldn't ride it for long as he could noticed that his vision was getting slightly blurred, and he was definately starting to feel sick. "You-chan...'m gonna...faint.......You-chan.............stop.............stop......."

Her fur was on edge, and the normally pleasant young femme found it annoying. Despite it's minute significance, Celes often did take pause to consider such little things. So...why did she feel aggitated? Golden eyes peered at her surroundings, finding no factual evidence for her tension there. White tails swept at her flanks and her cheery face turned to slight worry. Was it her dear brother, Youou? It was now a normal occurance for them to relate to each others emotions. The how and why she could only guess to be that they were near identical twins. Heaving a sigh, the slight kitsu twisted around and tread through the woods with only her gut instinct as a guide.
Soon enough, a salty smell came in the air that made her nostrils scrunch in distaste. What was that? Snuffing, Celes edged nearer the insulting scent. If it bothered her this much then could it be Youou was here? Some bushes were passed and Celes faultered, spotting the familiar form of her brother. Over another form, furry like a kitsu. And red....red stink smeared every which way. "What are you doing!"

Youou was in a trance, one that seemed to be instilled from the blood that was filling his senses. He couldn't stop, he didn't want to stop actually. That was until something poked at his senses, the voice of another.
The kitsu's ears pinned back against his skull as a low,threatening growl escaped his throat. He resisted the urge to yank his prey from the ground and merely escape the intruder, and instead decided to face whoever it was head on. He released his prey, licking his lips slowly to savor the last bits that he happened to still have as he turned his dazed, sapphire gaze upon the intruder.
What was he doing? Well wasn't it obvious? "Feeding," he hissed in response. "And you are intruding."

Sohrab's blurred gaze flickered as he heard a sweeter voice. Who was that? This new person certainly seemed nice. Maybe they'll save him from Youou. He was saddened by this though. Saved from Youou? Only moments before he was being saved by Youou. It saddened him. But he wasn't mad at Youou, because Youou is a vampire and...this is what vampires do. This is how they are especially when they were.......feeding.

Eyes drifted quickly to the fallen kitsu, noticing the now bloody fur. Had Youou done all that? Her mind was in a blurred haze as she tried to understand. She had never seen that much blood between mommy and daddy. So why, and importantly how? Even if her own gums were aching now, there was no urge herself to explore with her taste buds.
Ears pinned and she pouted to Youou's growling. Always the stubborn fighter he was. She lifted a paw in mock scolding as she strolled over. "Bad Youou! That's a no-no, and now you'll be in trouuuuble!" Her voice swung in light joking, but even so she was concerned. Why was his eye blue. But also...how was the yellow stranger fairing? Celes skipped over to the biten and rest a paw on his shoulder. "Stranger-chan, can you hear me?"

Youou merely watched the female kitsu warily, not trusting her to some how mess with his prey, he had a right mind to attack her and chase her off so he could finish. But that was until something clicked in his mind. Her movements and teasing scolds were familiar, he knew who this was, if the fact that she was nearly identical to him didn't give him a better idea before. The haze from his feeding was starting to waver, and slowly the now sated vampire instinct was beginning to retreat back to the far corners of his mind. It got what it wanted, so it didn't need to be around anymore.
Youou stood still as his eyes slowly began to fade back to their normal golden colour, a shudder running through his body as he sat down heavily upon the ground. What had he done? He remembered nothing except...
The sound of his sister's voice brought his attention behind him, his head jerking sluggishly. " Celes? What are you--" but he stopped short, his eyes growing wide as he caught sight of who Celes was talking to, bloodied upon the ground. "Sohrab? W-what happened?"
