I've only seen it pirated on the net (I know, awful but it's not bloody out for three more weeks! I'm sick of being left out. D wink

But from through the bad quality sound and people getting up to use the loo it looked brilliant. I loved the first one, but this looks even better. C:

But . . . WTF? Caspian/Susan?! You killed my childhood! (Not to mention my love of Caspian/Peter).

Okay, so it didn't destroy my childhood, but don't they realise that they've slightly cocked it up for the Caspian/Susan fans that haven't read VotDT?

I guess Mr Tumnus and that died because of the 1300 year gap. Sadly furry men don't live all that long. D;

Caspian and Susan talked like 3x in the entire film. One exchange of cheesy pickup lines "You might need to call me again" xDD doesnt really account for much chemistry in my opinion.

Or maybe I'm just blinded by my fascination for pretty boys.

@rabbit sushi You're lucky. You wont be distracted by Narnia before exams like I will be. >..>

Nah, I managed to get sucked up into reading Caspian/Peter on LJ and not shutting up about it to my friends. I went into a Philosophy and Ethics exam with Narnia on the mind, and have quite possibly failed it. D:

Luckily I can't lug the book round with me everywhere, anyway. It weighs a tonne. D:

My friend had a History test asking "Who lead the Persian invasion?" and she put Caspian. No jokes. xP

At least we have something to keep us occupied for summer.

I will try hard to resist the temptation to put Skandar on my French and Biology exams.

Sat through 1 hour 45 minutes of a Philosophy and Ethics exam just thinking, "Did Peter Pevensie come up with Utilitarianism? Or was it Caspian?"

And this is quite possibly why I'm failing.

LOL @ rabbit sushi.
I wonder how you'll be after you see it in theatres.

Might induce nose-bleeding and gushing.

I might divvy my money up now into £6 piles to see how many times I can go and see it.

God I'm sad. emo

PC is under performing here in North America. Sandwiched between damn Indy Jones and Ironman.

I'm guessing and hoping the UK audiences will respond more actively to it.

Yes, of course stupid Indy Jones, everyone went to see it and expected it to be good, which I doubt it was.

Why couldn't it be a big success like LWW? Didn't it make $300 million?

Ouch, blockbuster sandwich.

I think it should do okay here if they actually promote it.

Right in time for summer; loads of parents taking their kids so they can have a nap while their children are entertained.

@cupfly - Maybe people recognise the name LWW more than Prince Caspian; it's more famous and therefore people know more about what they're in store for.

Complete guesswork on my part though!

And people always assume that sequels suck. They should have just released it on Dec 2007 so the Christian family audiences could respond.

Indiana Jones has a big following. >[ But I would rather look at Skandie, Will and Ben than 75845 year old Harrison Ford.

I loved all the old Indiana Jones films which is why I didn't really want to go and see this one.

I stumbled into the Narnia fandom by accident, and then decided I might stay around because of three rather fit actors~

(Not that it's all about looks, of course. I'm all up for morals and Jesus-lions despite being non-religious.)

Yes, I think every girl would too, if the preview was promoted around more.
