Lassan's eyes shifted, from green, to blue and he smiled slightly, a small smirk crossing his lips. "Careful, some would think your stuttering is a sign of weakness."
He moved to her side and placed his hand on Raven's shoulder. "Me? Take rounds? Are you insane woman? When have I ever taken rounds? His Imperial Highness has forbidden it. What if one of the noble families wished him dead again? It would be a disaster. For the entire Empire as he has no Heir."
He removed his hand from her shoulder and turned to face Amnity. "I see you are hip deep in alcohol once again. You drink that like a horse drinks water. There is one difference however, the horse checks to see if the water is poisoned first. They always do. As for my morning, passable would be my answer. It is passable. Now, His Imperial Higness has ordered it, and I am to make sure it happens, by any means necessary, so what will it be?"

"My goodness Lassan, loosen up sometimes. It's all work for you, you never have fun." Amnity's laid back and almost lazy nature showed more then her stubbornness. "And you're wrong, I actually hadn't had one shot of alcohol all day....Yet...Why does the emperor need Lucian and I in Ter'Lenlar anyway? Has something happened?"

Lucian looked at Amnity and sighed, “I am not aloud any fun anymore” He said this moodily, taking a swig of his Absinthe, he had obviously forgotten about the Espionage element of the thing. He then saw Nightshade walk in, the Bottle was out of his hand and crashing into the far wall that very second. “Sir!” He said, saluting sharply; it was hampered by the fact he was leaning on the bar in a slight haze. “Why do I need to be there?” He asked in a slightly whiny voice like he was just asked to take out the garbage, “If the portal reacts to fire and pretty lights then I’m sure everything will be fan-dabby-dabulous” He decided to give up and salute, “I’ll gather my Squad, they’ll be at the Junk Yard looking for spare parts” He smiled primly, and said “I’ll just stay here, I need some flammable liquids and I have a good feeling about this place” He turned to the barkeep and smiled widely

"Are you even sober enough to stand without swaying Lucian?" Amnity asked in a mocking tone. "At least a flaming alcoholic like me knows when not to drink." She shook her head, then glared over at her soldiers, who were still standing there immobile. It took her a while to train them like that, they are not allowed to move at anything if not instructed to by her. A parade of land whales could go by and they were not to move a muscle or bat an eye. "Curufinwë lossëhelin tathar! Gather the rest of the squad from the cabin barracks. You heard the adviser, lenwë súrion!" Her voice was commanding and fierce as she spoke a different language.
"Yes sir!" Four of them saluted to the general and marched off. The rest stayed straight and motionless, for the order was not directed to them.

"Well actually I'm Sober enough to light things on fire with a flick of my wrist" He said with a warm smile, turning back to her slowly; he was holding two bottles of pure Vodka, and took the fuel tank off of his back. He held it above his right hand, which started to boil it. He poured them into the Fuel Tank where they would be converted into fuel for his left arm's tube. He walked out of the Pub for a moment, and put his metal fingers into his mouth, whistling loudly. Three of his Soldiers stamped on their drinks and saluted, well, the ones with functioning Arms. He always used Technomaniacs mostly out of compassion for his own kind, but he also used 'em because of the fact in battle they were generally more effective with crushing soft and fleshy bodies. He walked back in with his Corporal and two Recruits, and said "This is Corporal Watkins, Private Hawthorn and Lance-Constable Yinter" He gestured towards the Soldiers, Watkins had both of his legs replaced and an eye capable of seeing in the darkest of Nights, Hawthorn was rather large in build and sported two behemoths of Arms, made of a rather tough looking but Beginner type metal, Yinter however had no major Limbs replaced, one of his ears and his nose; he was used for Espionage seeing as he heard and smelt everything within a hundred foot radius. They all saluted sharply at the mention of their names, promptly shouting "Pleasure to meet you, ma'am!" In the tone of someone who is used to simply saying Yes Sir.

Raven seemed to be overlooked in this great pissing contest of different squads and general command. She was particularly miffed that Lassan was throwing his weight around again to avoid work, and she muttered something under her breath that sounded like a mousy squeak mimicking human sounds. Something like 'if your so important and unable to lend a hand, why where you the one sent to come get us?'
Amid all the little mage's brooding, and the General pissing contest of 'my squad is more trained than your squad' Raven somehow managed to slip out unseen, clutching her staff the whole way. She didn't like having so many people who where so much taller than her. It made her feal even more mousy than usual.

Lassan snickered, and his eyes changed colours again. "Remember, portal Now."
He moved off and left the inn, following closely behind Raven.

Seeing as they weren't her squad members, she flashed them an crooked smile and a light nod, acknowledging their existence. "Mornin'. Hope you're having a pleasant day so far." She scanned them quickly the smile widening as she saw that some of his soldier's body parts were biomechanical. Compared to them, Amnity's mechanical arm and artificial eye seemed like nothing. "It's nice to see that Inferno keeps his soldiers in tip top shape, when at times he isn't himself."
"Capitana!" One of the soldiers that she had sent to retrieve the rest of the squad called out for her. Along with him were 7 other men, one of them stood out above the others though. He seemed to saunter over to the line of other military men, but did not follow the order to stand in line. He kept his head up high, as though nothing could touch or hurt him, not even his general. He was rather burly, bands of artificial muscle webbed around his arms and upper torso. He felt that he didn't need to greet his general, or any general properly. "Hey there Capitana, you seem rather pissy this morning. What's with the order?"
Now, Amnity was a very passive person. She could tolerate verbal slurs, violent behavior, arrogant behavior, but there was one thing she despised. Disrespect. And disrespect, in her book, is a crime. In a very calm, polite manner, she pivoted around to look at the new hot shot recruit. Though her movements were elegant and good, her intension was not. Some of her other soldiers even broke out of their line to see what their psychotic general would do next as a punishment. She motioned him to follow her for a second, out of ears from the other men. When they got to a safe distance, Amnity shifted her weight to one leg and crossed her arms. She began talking to him, just talking, no one could really catch what she was saying. The soldier stood there, listening to her with an arrogant smile on his face...Then his smile shrunk down to a straight face, obviously disheartened by whatever she said. She continued the rant, her movements and body language got more violent and frightening as her rant continued. Eventually, she had reduced the burly soldier 2x her own body height to a frightened man keeping his gaze on the floor. They both walked back over to the group, the soldier quickly got into the line and stood up straight and immobile. If anyone were to look close enough, they could see his lower lip trembling, trying his best to hold back tears. "Now...Where were we? Oh yes. Inferno, Nightshade has ordered us to head out to Ter'Lenlar."

With the smile still on his face he held back snickering as he saw Amnity demoralise and humiliate the rather arrogant and disrespectful soldier, if it had been one of his he would have simply given them one of his more icy smiles and toyed with his Alchemical concotions for a while, the carefully spreaded rumours about him were enough to tell when you may elave the place with less body then you entered. Inferno however had been a nickname he despised, it sounded like a childhood Villain from a silly little story, but overtime he had come to accept it. "You may call me Lucian, General, Inferno is more of a name that these awed idiots like to call me." He didn't mince words about the intelligence of his Soldiers, they all knew that they weren't exactly the sharpest pitchforks in the farmhouse so they usually just took his jibes and entertained fantasies of killing him in Battle, although when they were diligant and solved a problem well he rewarded them with a friendly pat on the back and a large bag of Money later on. "And yes, I do believe that I am recquired there for some unknown reason, perhaps they want someone to blame something on." He said rather brightly, because of his reputation he was usually a scapegoat when the Government cocked up in a major way. He nodded at Amnity and clicked his fingers, the Squad falling in line behind him as he walked out of the room.

Amnity rolled her eyes and watched as his soldiers formed a straight and orderly line, marching to an unheard beat as they followed after Lucian. She turned to her men and let out a quick whistle. All at once, they broke from their line and scattered out a bit, creating the appearance of an unorganized squad. They faced toward the road and began walking casually, as though they were no longer soldiers. They sheathed their swords and put their shields away, their boots clattering on the rocky pathway as they followed after Lucian's soldiers. Amnity pulled her red hood over her head and followed after them, concealing her bow and arrow from suspicious eyes. She whistled a light tune as she walked behind her squad of men. Some would think that this clutter of men with weapons aren't even soldiers, just a few militia farmers fresh from the army. That's the image Amnity wanted to portray. If someone were to watch carefully, the beat of the tune she was whistling was the beat her soldiers were walking to. They kept their eyes forward, not tearing their gaze away from their path at all. Amnity like it this way, it was subtle and not as showy as a general marching before his men in a high, arrogant manner. It's not as suspicious either, it would make it easier for her men to ambush the enemy in this formation.

David Horn entered the inn and looked around. There wasn't much going on to his eyes. He walked over to the inn keeper and order food and drink. Then he sat down in the corner, still hidden by his cape. He had traveled far and did not feel for a conversation for now. Not he could speak after that he had eaten. After sitting a bit he took of the hood so that his face and head was revealed.

Shay casually entered the Inn, with an abrupt slam of the inn's doors as they closed. Her face and form was covered, so even if others where to look-- none would know whether she was female. She made her way to a far distant table from everyone else, and sat down with a thud and scrap of her boots. She leaned back in her chair and gazed around-- eyeing all within closely. Even though she wore a hood, you still couldn’t see her facial appearance, or even the grin that flashed upon her grim face.

David turned his eyes towards Shay. She shared his sense of fashion that was a fact. Yet was she an outlaw, hunter, assassin or just liked the clothing where the questions. David turned back to his own and his drinks. At first he thought he wasn't that interested but it took but a second and the his eyes where once again placed upon Shay. Even if it was a just the corner of Davids eyes. It was as a huge question mark. He was going to play his card as to a fellow hunter so he waved Shay to the table.

Shay noticed she grew attention to herself, and by a fellow in a similar cloak as herself. Her eyes roamed over his exterior and form for a second more than she would like to have, and took in the sum of weapons he had on his person-- well some of them at least. She ignored his eager interest in her and waved over the barmaid. She ordered some grub and something strong-- to wash away the horrid after taste she knew she’d have afterwards. The only thing worth coming here was for the firm beds, splendid drinks and over hearing gossipmongers and hearsay. "Keep one ear to the ground, you never know when you might need it." Shay's father used to say-- at least that's one thing they had in common.
Before her food and drink arrived she noticed the shady fellow wave over at her. “Odd.” She merely thought and was going to ignore him further, but she threw caution to the wind and motioned for him to come to her. Shay rarely got anxious about anything, but she found herself wondering why it was taking so long, for her food and drink to arrive. She began tapping her fingers on the table and was greeted with a hefty size pint in apology for the wait, and a rather smelly and fowl smelling meal. But she put on a pleased smile, tipped with a couple of coins and waved the girl away in thanks.

David stood up and started to walk over to shay. His conclusion was a fellow hunter and would treat one as such customs. Hunters weren't known for being social but being alone and this female acts where similar to his own and by that his conclusions where made. He knew what he would sing out and what to listen in. Routes, news and patrols was gold for any hunter. Because when gold payed for food and soldiers, information secured life, plans and gold and through that far more valuable. Davids eyes looked upon Shays movements as he came closer. He had learned to accept and give no more trust then offered. "Not often one meet hunters in the inns even more rare to two in the same inn, won't you say?"
