"Okay, this looks simple enough." Jenny mutters as she flips through a small booklet. "mash a few gears and hit the big red button." She looks up from the book to the blaring readout of the crashing ship. She tosses the book aside and tries to turn the lever first. "why is it stuck???" She unstraps herself and gives the lever a hard kick, it snaps on impact. "oops, guess I'm skipping step A and B and just trying C" Her brown eyes flicker around cockpit until she sees a bright red button. "here goes nothing." She smashes the button and every thing goes quiet. Jenny let out a sigh of relief and sits back down in her seat, only to notice that she was no longer falling at a angle. Just......falling. "Right, I guess step A and B was there for a reason."

((Ohh, great intro post, but can you use another color? The light blue makes it hard to read.))
Evy turned at the sound, it was hard to miss, as was the huge plume of smaok comeing from some larg mettle something in the sky. It was a craft of somesort, though nonthing that she had ever seen befor. Quickly she grabed Rick's hand, trying to get his attention, just in case he some how missed the object overhead.

Rick jumped."The hell..lets go!" he raced off, he prayed whatever it was did not land on Alex.
Ardeth muttered a curse in Arabic and was right behind Rick.

Evy followed quickly, though she wasn't quite as fast as the men she was still able to keep up, and some how managed to avoid triping over anything as she did so, all she could do was hope that Alex wasn't in anyway involved, and that who ever was int he strang craft would be alright.

"come on, don't do this now!" Jenny panic slightly and begins to mess with the controls. The land was growing closer outside and the Ship was picking up speed. there was no time to save the Ship so Jenny open compartment in the cockpit. Inside was two odd disk, one was flat but the other glowed a bright red and hanged on a chain. She puts the second desk around her neck and pulls open the door. Jenny then tosses the disk out into the unknown wilderness. as the ship starts to tip. she grabs a hold of her seat "come on, turn green. Turn Green!" She screams at the disk pendent around her neck. The red disk turns green with a small ding just as the ship hits the ground. But Jenny didn't feel the impact, she's teleported out of the destroyed ship and onto the area where the disk had landed.

Rick skidded to a halt."Hey look! Ardeth, Evey!" he blinked as a girl appeared. 'Whoa!"
Ardeth stopped."Mother of God, what is going on..." The medjai warrior as wary, his inner senses telling him somthing was off, for he had never seen anything like this before.

Evy didn't stop fast enough, at times she turned out to be a bit of a clutz soon, with a sunden yelp of suprise she ran smack into Rick's back and fell down, landing on the leaf littered ground. "Next time warn me befor you.." The she noticed the girl standing there. "Ohh, hello, sorry wasn't aware there was anyone else here, you wouln't have happend to see a young boy about?"

Jenny's first instinct was to reach for the gun that wasn't there, but she reminded herself she wasn't a solider anymore. But she couldn't help but watch the warrior carefully as she speaks. If a fight does break out she would have to watch out for him. "Sorry, didn't mean to frighten you. I just kind of dropped in." She smiles sheepishly and tugs the transporter off.

"its ok..you havent seen a kid run past have you?" Rick asked concerned and offered a hand to help her up. 'Ardeth, calm down, I dont think shes gonna kill you or resurrect any mummies."
The medjai just glared at Rick."Quiet."

Evy smilled her thanks at Rick, letting her hand linger in his just a short moment befor letting go. She could tell from the tension that any moment there could be a fight, thinking quick she got between the young woman and Ardeth, hopefully that would keep them from geting into a fight. "You'll have to exuse the tension," She spoke to the girl. "To many strang happenings tends to make them a little quick to react. I'm Evylen O'Connell," She said by way of greating.

Jenny breaks eye contact with the warrior first. She smiles at Evy and holds out a hand. "I'm Jenny. and no sorry, I haven't seen a kid around here. Umm where am I anyway?"

The black robed warrior gave a traditional Arabic salute.

Evy shook Jenny's hand and gave a slight smile. "Thats something we've been trying to find out ourselfs," She responed to the question, "As well as exactly how we got here."

"well I'll be happy to help you out. Umm it seems I'm stuck here." Jenny looks back a few feet where the she knew the crash site of her ship was.
