It's only good for settling superficial barfights, or for light reading and entertainment. I wouldn't use it a source.

I can see that happening perfectly! xD And speaking of settling fights, there's been several times me and my best friend have gotten into a random debate over something to the point of angrily stomping over to the computer and going to Wikipedia. I'm usually the one who's right. razz But to keep this on topic, what would you all truly feel if Head came back? Would you be happy (and lawl at all the dropped-jawed Christian Head fans, j/k), or would you feel upset, like if it wasn't a reunion type thing, but just out-of-the-blue coming back and sticking around, since you probably might feel he's gone and should stay gone and positioning himself back in KoRn might make him (more) hypocritical or maybe curve their lyrics to be more suitable for "God's judgment"?

Lol my friends and I use Wiki to set discussion points... we usually look at random lists and articles, then laugh about them. Like the "bizzare deaths" list and "vampire fruits" LOL - did you know that in Romania there are vampire watermelons? Or was it squash... I forgot.. LOL
Anyway... I'd probably be happy, but slightly annoyed. I'd be happy because he'd be bringing back his dynamic, and adding it to Korn's sound once more. I'd be annoyed because he's not the happy-go-lucky Head I used to love anymore - he's the sombre former-addict turned Jesus-freak in my eyes now. He's got some life in it yes, but it's be like welcoming back a friend who's changed so much that you don't know him anymore... and it's just awkward and bittersweet.
That probably didn't make sense... it's kinda hard to explain xD

No, don't worry about it. It made perfect sense; the whole friend changing so much you don't even know them anymore. That's exactly how I see it. He would probably bring a lot back to KoRn musically, but nothing more.
I think the only thing I hate about the idea is the media/fanbase/hater reaction. Of course the media will headline the concept and make a big fuss over it, and the fanbase will probably end up fighting on if he should stay out or stay in, with people like us in between, and all the haters would come back around saying their typical bullshit and only fueling the fire. To put it all in one word: disaster.
I don't know. Maybe I fantasized that a bit too much...but ever since the idea of Head coming back, I've always felt a bit threatened as a fan. Not like I give a s**t or anything, but it's ******** annoying having to deal with people who believe every word of the media or are too ignorant to see everyone's side of the story and they only see a member leaving, becoming a rabid Christian, then coming back, without seeing all the s**t that happened inbetween it.

I listened to the clip of Flush on Head's Myspace. Lyrics are very blunt, not too clever, but to the point. I was actually surprised that I like his voice, that was the only thing I was really worried about o_O;

I'm sorry but that's not exactly the epitome of eloquence. I actually laughed at that bit. Yes, laughed out loud. I agree with you about his voice, has a lot of potential.

Yea, his choice of words is less than witty, but I do like the overall message he's getting out. A song about really hating where you're at and wanting to make something better of yourself is something a lot of people need to get themselves on track. I think it's a good thing Head's using his Christianity as part of his music, and still keeping some old Korn roots, too. It's like optimistic Korn. I myself have been really wanting to get out of where I am now and move to Missoula, Montana, to get a fresh start in life. I'd get Head's album, definitely. I'm Atheist, prolly always will be, but what matters is the message. As long as I don't get crap like "I love Jesus, he's da bomb, dawg," I'll be happy.

I interpreted it as more of a warning about the various levels of harmful unpleasantries associated with alcohol/drug abuse. I was surprised how he's conveying his Christianity in a sutblt way in that song - perhaps with practice he'll get better writing lyrics. I've never really been keen on optimism, it's always annoyed me - but the way Head's doing it is less annoying for me.
Rational deist here, if Head has a song about Christ being the way to everything or "glory to God praise be Jesus" s**t - he'll be dead to me xD.

Yea, I better not hear a "Jesus loves us" song, otherwise I'd throw any Head stuff I had out the window >_>; Head's overall message, not just for Flush, but for what he's making the music overall is what I meant. I've only heard Flush so far, so I drew as much of that as I possibly could from that one song >__>; I dunno why they don't just put up the whole song. I mean, you hear like 3-ish minutes of it, and then there's a video like right underneath it that plays more of what you don't hear, so you can just fill in the gaps. Instead of going "I am something, I'm not nothing" he goes "You are something, you're not nothing" and there's some more screaming, etc. Damn record companies -.-;

+[Unholy_Rage]+ DAMN! Mixed feelings... Part of me is all OMG YES! Another is going "meh I don't care", and another is "I hope he doesn't turn everyone into Jesus freaks... especially Jonathan". I'm naturally quite happy about this, but sad that the band will still be incomplete without David (even though, I must stress that Ray is TRULY awesome). The day Jonathan turns Christian is the day when he really loses it. I mean...he's crazy enough, I don't think it's possible. razz xD
